Material and labour for providing Epoxy Polyurethane (EPU) flooring comprising of the following all as specified and as directed and as per manufacturer's instructions:-

[a] Preparation of existing concrete floor surfaces mechanically by grinding or sand blasting or shot blasting or scarifying including wire brushing as required and removing all foreign matter, dust and debris etc by industrial vacuum cleaner followed by thorough water wash to obtain clean and sound substrate to ensure maximum bonding between the substrate and coating system including removing of all laitance, surface contamination, oil, grease, etc. by mechanical means or jet including finishing the surface to even and plain using suitable means to remove all imperfections complete all as specified as directed and as per manufacturer’s instructions. Notes: [i] Epoxy screed wherever required for treating the surface damages/ defects such as damage to joints, honey combing, blow holes, shrinkage cracks, etc. if any, found visible after preparation of surfaces shall be measured and paid separately under respective item o this Schedule / BoQ. [ii] Repairs to existing Expansion joints/ construction joints/ dummy joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule / BoQ.

[b] Providing two component epoxy resin based primer comprising of base and hardener mixed and applied on prepared concrete surfaces using stiff brush or roller all as specified as directed and as per manufacturer’s instructions. Make : NITOPRIME 25 of FOSROC or equivalent approved make as specified in particular specifications Note: The primer shall be applied in two or more coats on porous concrete surfaces to achieve desired sound substrate surface.

[c] Providing 2mm thick high strength self smoothing underlay using three component system comprising of resin base, resin hardener and fillers, mixed and spread to uniform thickness over the primed surfaces using squeegee or notched trowel and subsequent use of spiked roller to eliminate air entrainment all as specified as directed and as per manufacturer’s instructions. Make : NITOFLOR -EU5 of FOSROC or equivalent approved make as specified in particular specifications Notes: [i] The underlay shall achieve compressive strength of 84 N/mm2, tensile strength 16 N/ mm2 , flexural strength 21 N/ mm2 conforming to BS 6319 and water absorption shall be NIL conforming to BS 1881. [ii] The Underlay shall be allowed to cure for 18-48 hours at 20°C before applying top coat. [iii] If the Underlay is allowed to cure more than 48 hours, then the underlay shall be thoroughly abraded and a fresh underlay shall be laid again without any extra cost to the department.

[d] Providing 3mm thick self smoothing epoxy polyurethane floor topping comprising of epoxy resin base & hardener, colouring paste, curing agents and graded inert aggregates, mixed and spread to uniform thickness using serrated trowel and rolled with spike roller to release any entrapped air and to achieve dense and impervious floor complete all as specified as directed and as per manufacturer’s instructions. Make : NITOFLOR -EPU2000 of FOSROC or equivalent approved make as specified in particular specifications Notes: [i] The floor topping shall achieve compressive strength of 45 N/mm2, tensile strength 10 N/ mm2 , flextural strength 15 N/ mm2 conforming to BS 6319, abrasion resistance 0.1-0.15 mg/ cycle - loss weight as per ASTM D 4060 and SHore D hardness 70-80 as per ASTM D 2240. [ii] The floor topping shall be allowed to cure for 7 days before allowing vehicular traffic

Material and Labour for repairs to existing floor cracks by widening the cracks by groove cutting to V-shape to a width of 0.25mm to 9mm and 10mm to 15mm depth including grinding both sides of groove and preparation of the surfaces mechanically by industrial vacuum cleaner/ blower to remove all foreign matter, dust and debris followed by thorough water wash to obtain clean and sound substrate and applying two components Epoxy based primer on the prepared grooves and allow it to dry and followed by application of three components solventless Epoxy repair mortar and applying three component epoxy putty complete all as specified and as directed and as per manufacturer’s instructions.

Material and Labour for two coats of High build epoxy floor coating complete all as specified and as directed. Make:-ShaliFloor SL TC 2HBE or equivalent approved make as specified in particular specifications

Demolition of Unreinforced Cement Concrete in ground floors and Pavings not exceeding 15cm thick [below or above ground level] and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 1.50 KM but not exceeding 5.00 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, Type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in Sub base for flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring using 20 to 25mm thick slabs, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with a admixture of pigment to match shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, the size and design / pattern of slabs shall be as directed, including diagonals, inlays, borders, margins in two or more shades of slabs including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Kota Stone Slabs of 20 to 25 mm thick as in Skirting, Dado, Risers of Steps, Jambs, Pillars etc. with machine cut edges, including diagonals, inlays, borders, margins in two or more colours / shades, designs / patterns of stone slabs, set and bedded with Grey Cement [slurry] and jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with a admixture of pigment to match shade of Slabs, rubbing and grinding with mechanical equipment fitted with suitable grit size corborundum stones and polishing with Oxalic Acid to smooth, bright mirror finish over backing coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Single stone slab shall be used for entire height of skirting / dado / risers and joints shall match with the flooring.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces, ceiling surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surface of ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Two coats of Cement Based paint over a coat of Alkali Resistant Primer by using auto roller/ airless sprayer on newly plastered Walls/ ceilings, pillasters, bands, borders, soffits of chajjas and projections including necessary preparation of surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The contractor shall carryout Cement Babsed Painting under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Cement Based Painting through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval.

M & L for preparing newly plastered Ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered wall surfaces and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Two coats of white wash on old decorated surfaces of wall including necessary preparation by brooming down or steel wire brushing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Two coat of white wash on old decorated surfaces of ceiling including necessary preparation by brooming down or steel wire brushing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Collapsible Steel Gates, Top Hung, consisting of Channel Pickets, Pivoted Flat Bars, Top and Bottom Runners, Brass Handles etc. as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Steel rolling shutters, thickness of laths of 1.25 mm, with ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple,Mild steel Safety lever lock with 4 keys ,65mm size Ball bearing and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, Gear Operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frame with shutters exceeding 1.5 Sq.m but not exceeding 4.00 Sq.m each complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Powder coated aluminium sections of approved colour for doors, Windows, Ventilators, Partitions, with frames and shutters fully or partly glazed, sliding / openable, with extruded aluminium sections not less than 1.5mm thick and powder coating not less than 60 micron thick including necessary jointing cleats, rubber beading, neoprene packing, aluminium snap beading, screws, powder coated aluminium fittings such as handles, aluminium butt hinges , aluminium tower bolts, stainless steel friction hinges, locking arrangements etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: [a] The size of aluminium extruded sections shall conform to Designation 63400 all shall be as specified in relevant IS code and as specified in MES Schedule Part - I. [b] Panel inserts such as Glass / Particle board / Gauze shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates. [c] Weight of aluminium sections shall only be accounted for payment purpose. Weight of aluminium Handles, Butt Hinges & Tower Bolts shall not be accounted for payment purpose. [d] The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for cost of jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber beading, neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as handles, aluminium butt hinges, aluminium tower bolts, stainless steel friction hinges, locking arrangements etc., and fixing only of panel inserts of glass / particle board / gauge etc.

Supply only 4.8mm thick Sheet Glass ordinary quality in squares not exceeding 0.5 Sq.m in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Stainless steel wire cloth / mesh with average aperture not exceeding 1.40 mm and dia of wire 0.36 mm and fixed with tinned tacks or Aluminium wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Powder Coated Aluminium Deco Grill of Model / Design No. DG 104 (7mmx4.2mm), including Powder Coated Aluminium Channel of size 20 X 12 X 1.5mm for fixing Deco Grill complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F pre-painted Galvalume steel sheets of Trapezoidal profile having pitch 190mm, depth 29mm or Tiled Profile and thickness 0.50mm [Galvalume base-PPGL trapezoidal profile sheets], having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, fixed with aluminium self tapping screws, neoprene and EPDM washers of suitable size in roof covering including dismantling of existing unserviceable steel sheeting of any gauge and thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Overlap shall be provided as specified by the manufacturer. Height of Bldg is upto 04 floor.Quoted rate shall be inclusive for scaffolding and formwork

S & F pre-painted Galvalume steel Plain Sheets and thickness 0.50mm [Galvalume base-PPGL Sheets], having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing cut to length & bent to shape, girth sheets fixed with aluminium self tapping screws and neoprene and EPDM washers of suitable size in roof covering / cladding / eves trim/ rake trim and closure trim / valley rain water gutter / down spouts and top rafters etc. including dismantling of existing unserviceable steel sheeting of any gauge and thickness complete all as specified. Note: Overlap shall be provided as specified by the manufacturer.

M & L for Non Skid Ceramic Tiles, Joint Free, Coloured, Premium Quality of size exceeding 0.11 Sq.m and not exceeding 0.18 Sq.m, 7 to 8 mm thick [Square or Rectangular] as in Floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 including Dismantling of Floor, Hearth or Wall Tiling of any description including Cement Mortar bedding [but not backing] and removing serviceable tiles to the stores and removing rubbish / debris to a distance exceeding 1.50 KM but not exceeding 5.0 KM complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 KG of cement per Sq.m area, rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound of approved make as per manufacturers instructions for levelling the surface smooth to receive the water proofing membrane, priming the surface with a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.50 KG per Sq.m, applying a coat of Blown Bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sq.m, laying Polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.00 Kg per Sq.m reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric of weight not less than 150 Grams per Sq.m, by torch application with side over lap of 100mm & end over lap of 150mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces by thermo fusion including applying a coat of Blown Bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sq.m on top and finished with a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 100 grams per Sq.m on top for water proofing treatment complete including taking down existing Roof Treatment of any description and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 1.50 KM but not exceeding 5.00 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cutting / Chipping the spalling concrete surfaces of Slabs, Beams, Columns, Fins, Facias, Parapets & Chajjas etc. and trimming, cleaning the surfaces of any thickness to receive Guniting / Plastering, preparing surfaces and welding steel wire Fabric / Mesh of size 75X25mm of weight not less then 4.0KG per Sq.m to existing reinforcement and applying a coat of Nito Bond AR of M/s. Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent approved bonding agent in M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. or M/s. STP Ltd. or M/s. Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. or M/s Bostik India Pvt. Ltd. as per manufacturer's instructions and providing pressure Guniting averaging 25mm thick at a pressure of not less than 6 KG / Sq.cm in Cement Mortar 1:3 with and including suitable bonding agent of M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. or M/s. STP Ltd. or M/s. Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. or M/s Bostik India Pvt. Ltd. @ 5% of weight of cement for sides and soffits of Slabs, Beams, Columns, Fins, Parapets Facias & Chajjas etc., finishing surface rough conforming to proper geometrics including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion and disposal and depositing the demolished material to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM but not exceeding 5 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Mild Steel or Wrought Iron Work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Rolled Mild Steel work conforming to Fe 410-W, Grade-E- 250, Quality-A as in Roof Trusses [framed], trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing [Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections] including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of Red oxide primer to newly untreated wooden surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for One coats of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth incuding necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Two coat of Cement Based paint by using auto roller/ airless sprayer on old painted Walls/ ceilings, pillasters, bands, borders, soffits of chajjas and projections including necessary preparation of surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 including demolition of Brick / Stone Masonry built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 1.50 KM and not exceeding 5.0 KM. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Taking down existing Ceiling Fan of any description and refixing the same after repairs to buildings at same location or at new location, connecting up and testing including provision of Spares such as Capacitor 2.5 Mfd, Bearings, Shaft Bushes, Cotter Pin, Clamps, Rubber Bushes, Nuts & Bolts, three core PVC insulated sheathed flexible copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sq.mm, etc. as required including cleaning, greasing and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of zinc chrome primer after filling cavities with filler and complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Taking down Exhaust Fan of any description from its position and refixing the same after repairs to buildings, at same place or at new place including connecting up with three core PVC insulated, sheathed flexible copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sq.mm, cleaning, greasing etc and replacement of Spares such as Capacitor 2.5 Mfd, Nuts & Bolts, washers, etc. including cleaning, greasing and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of zinc chrome primer after filling cavities with filler and complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Taking down Air circulator Fan of any description from its position and refixing the same after repairs to buildings, at same place or at new place including connecting up with three core PVC insulated, sheathed flexible copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sq.mm, cleaning, greasing etc and replacement of Spares such as Capacitor 2.5 Mfd, Nuts & Bolts, washers, etc. including cleaning, greasing and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of zinc chrome primer after filling cavities with filler and complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying and testing XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, FRLS, armoured heavy duty underground cable, ISI marked with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade of size 3.5 Core, 95Sq.mm cross section suitable for earthed system, laying in trenches/duct/fixed to poles/drawn through pipes/sleeving through pipe in duct, including suitable size Double compression copper stainless steel cable gland, crimping type cable lugs, sockets etc. including taking down of existing cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan area and not exceeding 1.5m deep in Hard / Dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Dry river sand cushioning over and around the cable for cable protection in trenches, leveled and punned down complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The punned down thickness shall be measured for payment.

M & L for Bricks, common burnt clay building bricks, sub–class "B", designation 75 in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
