Special repairs to water supply distribution line from OHT No. 07 to Officers Mess and NEU(J) to WTC area at INS Valsura, Jamnagar

Demolition of brickwork/PCC block or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality 'A’ including applying two coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, fixed in rapairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

Taking up or down old rusted/ worn out GI tubing & connections of 20 mm bore fixed in any position and S&F new 20 mm bore galvanized steel water tubing medium grade (ISI Marked) with & including all necessary fittings (ISI Marked) such as bend, tee, elbow, etc laid in trenches/ floors or fixed on wall and ceiling complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

All as per serial item No. 10 here in above but 25 mm bore.
