Demolition of concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris to out of MoD land complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC(1:3:6) type C- 2, (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection finished surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 20 mm agg ) in sub base of flooring etc complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for 75mm thick hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006 of 60mm thickness, with grey cement, pigment with 25mm thick sand filling incl dismantling and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per srl item No 6 above but except paver old paver bloack shall be reused after necessary cleaning and making good complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for forming Construction (DUMMY) joints 65mm deepx10mm wide,filled with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for providing 10 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in floors complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L non-skid coloured ceremic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, over 15 mm thick cm (1:6) in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for dark shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, over 15 mm thick cm (1:6) in floors etc in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L glazed ceramic tiles in veticle surfaces 350x 250x7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and joint in neat cement slurry on 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like set and jointed in cement paste including backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames n.exc 1.5 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F of solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, suppling and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing.

S&F of factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top and bottom rails. M.S frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel moulded plain colour PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing.

S&F 100mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of exturded section complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F of Aluminium handles, cast type anodised 100 mm complete all as pecified complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F for Butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel, and fixed, size of hinges in 75 mm, etc complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry / PCC block masonry, built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in block masonry with soild bocks, exc 10cm width and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete, external surfaces of walls finished the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall, ceilings etc, racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing with water complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete, internal surfaces of walls finished the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or un plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer incl a coat of cement based wall care putty complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F in position anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) door shutter with frame, partly glazed with 5mm thick tinted glass and partly panelled with 9mm thick prelaminated particle board with both side decorative laminated including rubber bead, joining cleat for fixing in position, aluminium door handle 150mm size, aluminium barrel tower bolt 200mm size etc including taking down of old frame with shutter of any size complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge. (a) Frame (top & side) section shall of size 101.60 x 44.75 x 2.4mm (Section No 14021) (b) Vertical members of shutter section shall be of size 85.00 x 44.45x2.00mm (Section No 19560) (c) Top members of shutter section shall be of size 83.50 x 44.45x2.00 mm (Section No 19596) (d) Lock rail (middle member ) of shutter section shall be of size 150.00x44.45x3.00 mm (Section No 19596)

(e) Bottom member of shutter section shall be of size 150.00 x44.45x3.10mm (Section 19584) (f) Glazing clip for securing glass of shutters shall be of 0.80mm thick (Section No 19370). Note : Section No given above are of make Jindal, contractor may use similar section of other make mentioned in Appx B

M&L for sarface prep of old damaged sarface i.e. removing cleaning of all dust paint, moisture, oil grease and other material from the floor by mechanically scarifying, grinding, vacuum cleaning by using scrubbers, hard blowers, vacuum cleaners, moisture tesing etc for 1-2mm top concrete layer till good concrete surface free from all foreign materials is obtained and then cleaned by acid itching with alkaline wash followed by healthy water wash then the floor should be cleaned by using appropriate solvent, degreaser/cleaner to remove all residues to the entire satisfaction of GE complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for application of low viscous epoxy primer having resin and hardner mixed and laid to a thickness as per manufacturers instructions within pot life to the entire satisction of GE. Procduct for application has to be got approved by CPRI (Central Power Research Institute Bangalore) and test certificate to be provided complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for screed of 5mm thickness made of solvent free combination of epoxy resin, modification amine hardners of high crushing strength and mechanically inert aggregate made in a uniform thickness laid on the prepared surface using squeegee or a notched trowel. The mixing of material should be done correctly with an electirc variable speed mixer and the entire conternts shoud be mixed thoroughly and spread to uniform thickness before expiry of pot life as per manufactures instructions. The record of measurement of thickeness at random places should be maintained. The screed layer so laid has to be de-aerated by spiker roller to dislodge air pockets as per manufactures instruction and to the entire satisfaction of GE. Product for application has to be got approved by CPRI (Central Power Reasearch Institutre Bangalore) and test certificate to be provided make: Fosroc/CIPY/ M/S Pidilite insustries complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for fixing of conductive type copper tape of 100 micron thickness in grid sysstem including earthed and application of special conductive primer over that for quick transfer of static charges/electricity of the floor and laying 2mm thick conductive type epoxy based polyurethene coating of approved colour laid for smooth, easily cleanable gloosy finished surface. The mixing and laying has to be completed within the pot life of the product. The cured surface shall be tested with Meghohm meter as per ASTMF-150 to million Ohms(10Ohms). Product for application has to be got approved by CPRI(Central Power Reasearch Institutre Bangalore) and test certificate to be provided complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge. Make : Fosroc/CIPY/ M/S Pidilite insustries.

M&L for treatment of construcction joint and floor crack by racking out old material, joint filling material, cutting and repairiang the joints/surface with high steangth epoxy resin mortar and dressing the joints to perfect right angle and filling with cold applied high performance and hybrid carbon resistant PU joint sealant of thickness 25x25mm all as per manufacturers instruction and to tyhe entire satisfaction of GE complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for treatment of Dummy joint and dloor crack by racking out old material, joint filling material cutting and repairing the joints/surface with high stength epoxy resin mortar and dressing the joints to perfect right angle and filling with cold applied high performance and hybried carbon instruction and to the entire satisfaction of complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per item No 70 above but for exepansion joint complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge.
