Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protection, laid in bay n.exc. 3.00 sq.m each, finished even and smooth without using extra cement with and including all necessary form work to divide the area in panels, finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering where directed and providing 6mm wide joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection duly filled with mastic filling (one part of hot bitumen 85/25 and three parts of fine sand by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate as in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, copings, bed plates etc complete including necessary formwork all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. to receive plaster

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete including mixing water proofing compound all as specified. [Note: Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately]

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) in patches n.exc. 3sq.m. each patch on concrete/ brick masonry surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on surfaces of ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete including brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sq.m. preparatory to rendering complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of cement based paint all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 1.25mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. including dismantling existing sheeting as required and as specified.

M&L for mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250), quality-A including dismantling existing work all as specified.

S&F powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 microns) door shutters, aluminium section weighing not less than 1.00 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodized aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed. [Note: 1. Weight of builders hardware & rubber beading shall not be considered for payment, however rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for the same. 2. Panel inserts like glass, pre-laminated particle board & gauge shall be measured & paid separately]

S&F powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 microns) frames for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (fixed portion) with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 5.50 mm thick sheet glass (tinted/ reflective type) of any size complete fixed to aluminium frames

S&F 12mm thick pre-laminated particle board, interior grade, pre-laminated on both sides with decorative choice lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work all as specified.

S&F Mortise lock, brass vertical type, size 65mm, 2 levers all as specified

S&F glass dividing strips 38mm wide, 3mm thick, inserted in position, conform to design all as specified and as directed.

Engagement of Hand held petrol driven brush cutter (grass cutting machine) of Make: Honda, Model: UMK450T U2NT (47cc) or equivalent with 2 teeth blade attachment with operator for 8 hours/ day for cutting grass, bushes, small plants of any type along the sides of Dispersal Area, Taxi Track, Runway Shoulders and Airfield areas throughout the period of contract, including supply of Fuel, lubricants, spares, renewal of blades etc. as required. Note: [a] Contractor shall possess minimum 4 machines and shall engage the same as per the requirement decided by the Engineer-in-Charge. [b] Contractor shall keep standby machine in the event of break down of any machine and keep ready requisite spares, blades etc. to make the machine functional within minimum possible time. [c] The work is required to be executed in highly restricted area. [d] Proper safety arrangement, equipment shall be provided by the contractor for workmen. [e] The rate quoted shall be deemed to be considering all the above provisions and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Engagement of unskilled manpower for Scrapping the grass on both the edges of PTT / links manually by shovel, hoe or scrapper etc. and cleaning of concrete portion by brooming; clearing the silt, sludge, shrubs etc. from the existing drain & depositing where directed etc. complete for 8 hours/ day including necessary T&P, wheelbarrow trolleys etc, safety gear all as specified and directed. Note: [a] Contractor shall be required to engage up to 10 persons/ day as per the requirement projected by the Engineer-in-Charge on day to day basis. [b] Contractor shall submit necessary proof of entry of labour in to Restricted area along with the RAR payment. [c] The work is required to be executed in highly restricted area. [d] Proper safety gear shall be provided by the contractor for workmen. [e] The rate quoted shall be deemed to be considering all the above provisions and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

M&L for replacement of old defective earthing by providing new chemical earthing comprising copper earth plate electrode 900x600x5mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 5.10 metres below normal ground level and complete size of pit shall be 1.60m x 1.60m x 5.10m with top edge of the plate not less than 3.75m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 20cm thick salt and charcoal dust and Magnesium sulphate filling in alternate layers of 20cm thick up to 1.8 metres height and including connected to copper strip 32 x 6mm (up to 7.5 Metres) by means of brazing/ copper nut-bolts, earth strip protected with 65mm bore light grade pipe from electrode and up to and including the earth test point of galvanized iron/ steel of size 75 x 75 x 25 mm test point, 15mm bore watering pipe light grade GI funnel, wire mesh, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 20 cm thick salt (40 Kg), charcoal dust (40 Kg) and Magnesium sulphate (50 Kg) filling in each alternate layers up to 1.80m height including excavation, removal surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m, PCC pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, RCC cover 40 mm thick in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia mild steel deformed bars @ 75 mm c/c both ways complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of old defective earthing by providing new earthing comprising of copper earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 3.15mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50m below normal ground level, connected to copper earth strip of size 20x3mm by means of copper nut-bolts, check nuts and washers all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule 2009, Part–I (Specifications) and connected to main switch board/ main DBs/ earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt all around the earth plate in alternate layers minimum 150mm (compacted thickness) in all directions with and including watering pipe 20mm dia GI light grade, GI funnel made out of 0.63mm thick GI sheet, wire gauge, 50mm thick RCC cover of size 450mm X 450mm in cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, duly reinforced with 8mm dia mild steel TMT bars @ 100mm c/c both ways with suitable lifting handle made of 10mm dia MS round bar to lift the cover, earth pit of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, GI protection pipe light grade 40 mm bore including testing on completion of job complete all as specified and directed. Note for Sl. No 40 & 41: On testing after completion of job, if desired earth resistance (i.e. less than one ohm) is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost to govt.

S&F in repair test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screws for holding the bronze plate including fastening/ bolting the roof down conductor and earth electrode over the bronze plate with copper bolts & nuts of suitable size, providing 10mm thick fibre sheet of size 15x15cm below the test point to avoid direct contact with wall including enclosing the test point with 1.6mm thick MS sheet front openable box duly painted complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs earth continuity conductor or main Galvanized Iron strip of size 32x6mm buried in ground/ fixed to wall or any other indicated situation for loop earthing and the like up to test point fixed on necessary insulators and fastening screws, rawl plugs complete all as specified and directed. Note: The joints of each lead strip shall be welded/ brazed and the cost of brazing/ welding shall deem to be included in unit rate of this item.

All as per item No. 43 hereinbefore but copper strip of size 20x3mm

S&F in repairs 40mm bore dia GI tubing light grade with all fittings including fixing arrangement with screws, clamps on insulator for protection of aluminium/ copper earth strip from ground level to test point or looping on floor/ wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of dia 40mm as earthing continuity protection laid in trenches/ wall/ floor complete all as specified and directed

M&L for earthing enhancing back fill compound (Powder) suitable to increase the earth resistant value complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in replacement single pointed air termination aluminum rod, 12mm dia and 300mm long including 20mm size air terminal base/ ridge saddle made of gun metal with and including fixing arrangement on the ridge of RCC roof / on pole as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F suitable size 'F' class bridge insulators of non hygroscopic non comestible track resistant high strength FRP/ SMC/ DMC material suitable for separator/ spacer of aluminium strip from the steel pole including all fixing accessories.

Deduct: Amount of Schedule of Credit b/f from Sl. Page No. 17 of tender document i.e. Rs. 19,265.00
