Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation or for shafts, well, cesspits, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting points in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm, soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5cm but not exceeding 10cm long with dia of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel bands, clamps, flat iron fillet, for screwing with mesh, straps, ties etc and similar work, fabricated for steel sections conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) including necessary welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS round bars 10mm dia for securing chain link fencing fixed to RCC fencing posts as per Fe-410-W (Gde- E-250) quality 'A' or Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for galvanised iron chain link fencing with 4 mm dia of wire made up into matresses with mesh of size 100mmX100mm and type and fixed with 10 mm dia MS round bars and straining including provision of binding wire for securing chain link fencing as per relevant IS specification and as approved complete all as specified and directed. (Note: 10 mm dia MS round bar shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

S&F for galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings & straining & fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with & provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed (Each line of wire to be measured).

S&F for mild steel works for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for LED flood light fitting of capacity 100 Watt in aluminium PDC housing with LED lamp, toughened glass cover with IP66 protection with 4/5 KV inbuilt surge protector and cable connection from looping box to light fitting at any height and testing complete all as specified and directed . (Make:-Crompton Cat ref No.CFS-504-100-57-60D-SL-GL-NSG /Havells cat No. JETAIRISFLS100WLED757APWBLTG /Bajaj Cat No.BJFL 100W LED I or equivalent model of Surya as approved)

M&L for XLPE insulated, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 10 sqmm, 4 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/wall/borings with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Excavation/earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover/brick shall be measured and paid separately if required)

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep including required watering and consolidation after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling for poles complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping of poles including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe 40mm dia (light grade) complete with all fittings in trenches, road/culvert crossing, on wall, floors, on roof, on pole for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring holes horizontally under road without damaging the surface of road (minimum 1.0m bellow the road surfaces) with the help of GI tubing of any dia not exceeding 100mm dia for passing of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS cross arm, angle, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers and supply and fixing new MS Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any type, shape or as indicated and directed inclusive of one coat of red oxide and one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed .

S&F for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified conforming to IS- 2317/1980 type 410 SP-55 (11 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate including staying the poles in a truly vertical position till the foundations are properly set, including painting to pole (inside & outside) with two coats of aluminium paint on exposed surfaces of poles and two coat of black bituminous paint on embedded portion complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation, foundation concrete and coping will be measured and paid separately)

S&F for CRCA kiosks box of size 350mm X 250mm X 150mm, 2 mm thick suitable for three phase 415 volts AC supply with 04 Nos Aluminium bus bar rating 63 amps with one No MCB 10 Amps, SP including necessary fixing arrangement with 11.0 mtr long swaged pole wiht flat iron clamp complete all as specified and directed . (Make- Sintex/Hansel as approved)

S&F for 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and over all PVC insulated in street light connection from pole junction box at bottom to street light fixed on 11 mtr long swaged pole by making two holes with welding machine for inserting cable of size 4 Sqmm 2 core multistranded including making all necessary connection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick covering with width equal to length of brick as protection to cable with well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks of size 250mm x 125mm x 75mm laid dry flat complete all as specified and directed .
