(A) Round the clock operation and checking, repairing & maintenance of Fire Pump system installed at Fire House near Central Library complete with replacement of minnor defective parts of pumps like bearing /gland / Nuts & bolts/ Packing/ Oil-seal, removal of pipe line leakages, part pertaining to electrical panel such as relay/ contractors/ indicating lamps/ lugs/ lubricants for blowers, Maintenance of 105 HP/77.28KW Diesel Engine(Kirlosker make Model 4R1040TA) including B&C check, Maintenace of software for PA /Fire Alarm system, equipments as per inventory and scope of work attached. (B) Routine checking, repairing & maintenance of addreseble/non addreseble fire alarm system & P.A. System installed in the following buildings complete with replacement of minnor electronics defective parts, repairing of control card, cleaning of smoke/heat detectors, fire control panels & associated accessories like MCP, RI, Hooter, SMF batteries etc. complete with preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance as and when required at site as per the scope of work & inventory attached. (C) Complete checking, routine maintenance & minnor repairing of down commer type fire fighting system comprising of fire fighting pumps, Automatic electrical control panel, First Aid hose reels, landing valves, Non return valves, RRL hose pipe with 63 mm dia. Male & female coupling etc. in the following buildings complete with preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, gressing, oiling of pumps, replacement of gaskets, nut bolts, gland/mechanical seal etc. as and when required at site as per the scope of work & inventory attached.
