Repair /replacement of stainless steel plate of size 100 x 60 x 5mm along with SS fram of size 25mm x 5mm thickness (Grade SS-304) suitable for new bar screen with hole of 12mm dia and interspace between two hole shall be 12mm and it will be capable for filtering /separating 12mm andmore then 12mm size of solids ( Bar screen spacing will not be more than 12mm) along with ss sliding rack/ channel ,requried nut bolt for handling peak flow of raw sewage into the equalisation tank etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in- charge.

M & L for modification of existing oil & grease trap chamber (made of RCC) with providing three chamber, with the help of construction 02 nos RCC partiition walls same as existing in respect of length ,hight and width.02 Nos hole of 3" dia for each wall with the help of core cutting machine and inserting of 3" dia (80mm) size of CPVC pipe properly alongwith required sleeve including all connecting PVC fitting etc. Note :- (i) Requiredlength of CPVC pipe of 80mm dia (Appx 03 Mtr will be the responsiblty of contractor..(ii) Contractor will ensure that no any leakage found in RCC partition wall , CPVC pipe line with hole. and leakage testing of the same will be carried out by the contractor.

Supply and fixing of GRID made of CPVc 150mm dia SH-40 grade along with coarse bubble diffuser of 150mm dia, interval space between two nearest bubbel diffuser will not be more then 1mtr and flow rate of bubble diffuser will be 10 Cum/hrs ,Lower surface of grid will not be more than 30cm from flooring of equilisation tank complete grid will be supported by PCC piller or other support arrangement properly and complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Contractor will be ensure that layout of grid will be approved by concerned agency and will take approval for the same from Engr- in - Charge before execution.(ii) Contractor will be responsible for pressure testing of complete grid alonwith bubble diffuser of the completion on the work without any extra cost. (iii) The Cotractor will be responsible to one end of grid with existing Air Blower Pipe without any extra cost.

supply and fixing new 3 Phase Agitator of 1.5HP capacity , low rpm with gear box assmable and SS Shaft with empeller on top of the anoxic tank with proper supporting arrangment complete all as specified and directed by Engr -In - Charge.

Supply and fixing pre-fabricated anoxic tank having capacity 50KL appx made of MS of 5mm thikeness having double layer inside with FRP (Fiber Reinforced plastic) coating and single layer outside of epoxy coating . Anoxic tank shall be installed on RCC platform of suitable strength with respect of 50KL Anoxic Tank. Total height of anoxic tank along with staging shall not be less then height of top level of MBBR(Appx 06 Mtr ). One heavy duty circulation pump set 3HP,3Phase with 30mtr head alongwith starter of sutabile capacty and required length of 3 core flate submercible cable of 6 Sqmm sewage water shall be fitted with 100mm dia MS suction pipe line for pumping untreated water recived from tube settler tank to anoxic tank all complete etc as specified and directed by Engr - in- Charge. Note ;-(i) Provn of new MS suction line of 50mm dia of suitable length (Appx 18RM long) and jointing / connecting one end with existing 100mm dia MS pipe and other end with anoxic tank shall be responsibility of contractor without any extra cost.(ii)Provn of Electric connection of 3 Phase circulation pump set including fixing of new industrial socket of 3KW capacity shall be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Diameter /Area and height of anoxic tank sall be decided at site before execution.

Supply and fixing of GRID made of CPVc size of 80mm dia SH-40 grad along with Air fine diffuser of 80mm dia of 610mm to 1000mm length made out of EPDM/silicon , SS-316., inter space between two nearest Air fine diffuser will not be more then 1mtr Aprt and flow rate of Air fine diffuser will be 10Kg/cm2. Vertical distance between grid and flooring of MBBR tank will not be more than 30cm. complete grid will be supported by PCC or other support arrangment properly and including CPVC/GI/MS fitting and all accessories complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Contractor will be ensure that layout of grid will be approved by auth agency and will take approval of the same from Engr- in - Charge before execution.(ii) Contractor will be responsible for pressure testing of complete grid alonwith bubble diffuser on the completion of the work without any extra cost. (iii) The Cotractor will be responsible to one end of grid with existing Air blower pipe without any extra cost.

Supply and fixing of new CPVC strainer withCI NRV of 80mm dia for Airation tanks/MBBR ,pressure capacity of the same will be 10Kg/Sqcm with a set of CPVC and existing strainer size of 100mm dia,fixing along with SH-40 flanges including SS bolt/Nuts and all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing heavy duty sewage water submersible pump set 3HP, 3phase, 1500RPM, 25mtr head including starter of sutable capacity and required length of 3 phase copper cable connection etc and complete all as specified and directed..
