Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m (one point five meter) in width or 10 sqm (ten square meter) on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m (one point five meter), including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m(fifty meter). including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete. including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (one cement : two coarse sand) : four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric 75X25mm (seventy five into twenty five millimeter) mash of weight not less than 7.75 Kg (seven point seven five kilo-garam) per Sqm to window frames etc, and primimg coat with approved steel primer all complete. (excluding beading) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
