Painting ot New Walls with Two coats of Plastic Emalusion paint of Approved Brand and shade after throughly Brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered meterials cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges etc., As per S.S.911

Manufacturing supply and fixing of M.S.Grill Gate with M.S.Angulars, M.S.Flats. The rate including cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges for fabrication of steel work including cost of welding rods , power charges and fixing the grills in position etc., complete as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work.

Providing Painting with Synthetic Enamel paints - Two Coats - For new Iron Work over a primary coat of Red oxide over all three coats. The rate cinluding cost and conveyance of all material, labour charges, etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work.

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH

Bed preparation for For pasapalum Grass Dressing the surface to the desired shape, laying 150 mm. (6") thick of fine red soil, covered with a thin layer of 10 mm thick sand, watering, compacting to 5" thickness by hand roller including cost of red earth, sand and 27 labour charges etc complete for bed preparation and dibbling rooted slips of grass @ 3"-4" apart and ramming including slipping of grass, racking the soil before dibbling, watering and ramming complete etc., for finished item of work excluding cost of dibbling grass and fertilizer for 1 sqm

Supply of Pasapalum Grass. Complete as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work.

Providing Concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete (1:2:4) Nominal mix using 20 mm nominal size graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including cutting for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges.

Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) using 40 mm metal with concrete mixer. All work upto plinth level including cost of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges.
