Erasing old price tag and printing of revised price tag (MRP, Govt. of India Subsidy, Actual cost of Production, per kg sale price.) on ONOF PP Bags in Product Handling Department of FACT-CD.

The work involves neatly erasing the price tag (actual cost, MRP, subsidy and per Kg sale price. etc.) printed on bags using SHEENLAC BRAND.D13X Thinner / petrol and cloth / brush. SHEENLAC BRAND.D13X Thinner / petrol, cloth/brush etc required for erasing shall be supplied by the contractor. The existing price tag must be cleaned neatly without damaging the monogram.

The work involves screen printing the revised price tag (actual cost, MRP, subsidy per Kg sale price) in the bags, using screen, PP FIX FAST screen printing ink, PP FIX FAST INK AID, cleaning solution etc. Screens for printing with the price tag imprinted will be supplied by FACT. PP FIX FAST screen printing ink, PP FIX FAST INK AID, screen cleaning solution, blade/ brush etc. required for screen printing shall be supplied by the contractor. The new price tag should be printed neatly in the specified area without any smudges. Care must be taken to ensure that ink, thinner, etc., are not spread over any other part of the bag causing any damage to the monogram. After printing, bags must be dried properly without ink smudging. Once dried, bags need to be bundled in bales of 100 bags each and stacked.
