Supply , delivery & Storage at site of floor mountain, steel sheet enclosed 12 KV, 3 ph, 50 Hz, 800 Amp. drawout type 3 panel VCB (SCADA Compatible) and all acessories as per technical specification given in NIT.

Supply, Delivery and Storage at Site 11 / 0.433 KV,3 Ph, 1000 KVA, 50 Hz, Dyn - 11,OLTC, ONAN Indoor Type Copper Wound Transformer Manufactured as per IS: 1180 Level II with Onload Tap Changer having (+) 5 % to (-)25 % in steps of 2.5% with Online UPS and as per Technical Specification given in NIT.

Supply, Delivery and Storage at Site 2 mm. thick CRCA Sheet Steel Enclosed Cubical type Indoor Floor Mounted 415 Volt PDB Panel (SCADA Compatible) having Required No. of Feeders as per Specification given in NIT including Supply of necessary items for proposed onsite modifiacation of existing PDB Panel.

On-site modification of existing 415V Capacitor Panel (110 KVAR) by providing necessary and Fitting & Fixing the same , all complete as per Technical Specification given in NIT.

Supply, Delivery and Storage at Site 110V, 100AH, Maintenance Free Type Lead Acid Battery with Battery Charger & Distribution Board as per Technical Specification given in NIT.

Supply, delivery and storage at site 240 Sq. mm., 3 core ,11 KV (E) Grade XLPE insulated Al. Armoured Cable as per IS 7098.(From VCB to TRANSFORMER)

Supply, Delivery and storage at site 1.1 KV Grade XLPE insulated Al. Armoured Power Cable as per technical specification of NIT.

Supply, Delivery and storage at site 1.1 KV Grade 2.5 sq. mm. XLPE insulated Copper. Armoured Control Cable as per technical specification of NIT.

Supply, delivery and storage at site Indoor type heat shrinkable termination kit for 3 Core, 240 sq mm 11 KV (E) XLPEA cable.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of ladder type cable tray for laying of power cable and G.I Perforated cable tray for laying of control cable at Sub-Station having proper M.S. structural support as per technical specification of NIT.

Illumination of Substation and its periphery as per technical specification of NIT with LED Light Fitting, Internal & External Wiring in GI Conduit and exhaust fans, etc.

Earthing & lightening protection for substation installation as per ISS and IE rules and as per technical specification of NIT.

Supply delivery at site and storage of safety equipment like 9 kg & 4 kg capacity Fire Extinguisher , sand bucket with bracket, rubber mats, shock treatment chart and first aid box, 33000 volt danger board complete as per specification of NIT.

Dismantling & Disconnection of 33 KV/1.1 KV Cable, Earthing system etc. from existing 33 KV VCB, Transformer, Dismantling of VCB and Transformer and Transfer them from 1st floor to ground floor, Installation of VCB, Transformer at Ground floor after making necessary foundation, connecting incoming/outgoing cable, earthing system, High pressure the system and obtaining Certificate from Directorate of electricity, Charging power to the system and commissioning the temporary installation and testing the electrical stablity by running Intake pumps successfully at least from one hour and as per technical specification of NIT.

Geotechnical investigation, design, drawing, providing and construction of a two storied Extended room, Balcony for installation of New Proposed Transformers ,WBSEDCL's Metering Room, Modification of Existing Substation Building as per drawing, earth work in excavation and filling with the excavated and good carried earth of approved quality as may be required, anti-termite treatment, sand filling, shoring, dewatering, well point, brickwork, concreting, reinforcement, shuttering, door, window (Aluminium), Rolling Shutter, flooring (Vitrified tiles for office room, Ironite Floor for Godown and Ceramic Tiles for Toilets) & painting (weather coat) l etc complete as per specifications given in the tender document and as per approved drawing and direction of E.I.C.

Installation of all items mentioned as in PART A (Sl no 1 to 3, 5 to 13) including supply of all erection items, as required for installation of Transformer, PDB Panel including necessary, painting, jointing of cables, Heat shrinkable cable jointing materials, termination by suitable rated sockets, all complete as per relevent IE Rules with the entire satisfaction of EIC.

Commissioning of the entire installation after High pressure testing of the Sub-Station including relevant testing of 11 KV cable, earthing etc. by approved agency of Directorate of Electricity, Govt. of West Bengal and obtaining approval certificate of sub-station from Director of Electricity as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of EIC.

Dismantling & Disconnection of 33 KV/1.1 KV Cable, Earthing system etc., Dismantling of VCB and Transformer and Transfer them Water Treament Plant site for storage, Dismantling 33 KV at Substation of WTP and wrapping the cable ends with insulation tape etc. as per technical specification of NIT.
