33 KV AAAC AL-59, 241 sqmm covered conductor(As per EN. 50397-1:2006) the contractor shall be stranded round, non compacted and water tight non compacted conductor shall comply with all the requirement of EN 50397-1-2003. The Stranded conductor shall be logitudinally water blocked by means ofmater blocking material. the semi conducting sreen, inner insulation and outer insulation should be extruded in one step. The outer covering insulation shall be UV- sablized tracking resistnat black XLPE.

Laying sagging and stringing of 33 KV line in 3 phase of the following wire as phase wire including proper sagging with binding and jumpering as per user manual and sagging com work done inclusive of cartage and head load cartage at work site. Rollers of the appropriate diameter and quantity have to be provided for installation. the rollers shall have smooth clean surface, no sharp edges and shall rotate easily. to prevent the covering from damage any abrasive contact with soil or stone is not permitted. Abrasive contact of the covering with branches or similar shall be avoided. covered conductor shall be pulled by using appropriate pulling devices ensuring that the pulling force is dis is distributed to the conductor recommendations given in EN- 50397-3 should be followed for storage transport and installation of covered conductor and removing of old conductor with opening of existing jumpering and making of bundle with carriage from work site to JE store including loading/ unloading complete.
