SLFTC of M.S pipes on surface Supplying, Laying, fixing, testing & commissioning of following sizes (NB)of ISI mark heavy class M.S pipes including cutting threading welding etc and providing all fittings e.g. elbow, reducer, clamp, hanger, flange, gasket, nuts & bolts including providing two coats of synthetic enamel paints of approved shades over a coat of primer. prior to application to primer the surface ,should be clean from any dirt, rust, rough substance etc. including painting of legends on both direction arrow as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. i) 150 mm dia.

SLFTC of M.S pipes under ground Supplying, Laying, fixing,testing & commissioning of following sizes (NB)of ISI mark heavy class M.S pipes including cutting threading welding etc and providing all fittings e.g. elbow, reducer, clamp, hanger, flange, gasket, nuts & bolts washer etc. including excavation of all kind of soil, refilling , ramming, shorting removing the excavation surplus materials, providing adequate to the pipe and making good the same complete as required rate shall include for dewatering necessary to execute the work. The pipe shall not be less than 1.00 mtr below ground level at any point. Protection of embedded M.S pipes and fittings by applying pipe quote primer, there after wrapping, 04 mm thick pipe quote (AW 4mm) protection coating by thermo fusion process. overlap shall be maintained at 15 mm as per direction of the Engineer in charge. i) 150 mm dia.

Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valves ( with cap ) complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. ( the tail pieces if required will be paid separately ) as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge. i) 150 mm dia. A. PN - 1.6

Supplying, fixing, testing & commissioning of air release valve including all fixtures and accessories complete as required. i) MS 150mm dia

Dismantling the old pipes of the existing pump house & reassembling the same along with the integration of the ring bend to the existing hydrant, valves inclusive of all accessories like angle, bend, nuts & bolts.
