Hole Packing :-Supplying & grouting the gaps around uPVC/cPVC/ G.I. pipe

inserts through core cut/ sleeves provided in the floor with Astral Trubuild

grout, preproportioned system consisting of a moisture insensitive resin,

hardener, selected filler & polyethylene backer rod which provides a foolproof

bonding between PVC/ cPVC pipes and concrete surface. The self-consolidating

epoxy based grouting material shall have a mixed density of 1.1 gm/cc, shall

provide a tensile adhesion strength of 2.46 MPa (Bend) with cPVC pipe

MPa ( substrate failure) with concrete, when tested as per ASTM D

The flowable epoxy based filler shall offer a compressive strength of 55.1 MPa

@ 7 days when tested as per ASTM D 695-2015.

Surface Preparation:- All concrete and masonry substrates shall be fully cured.

Existing surfaces should be clean by grinder/ Wire Brush, Water Jet to remove

oil, grease, wax, dirt or any other form of foreign matter, which might affect

adhesion. Spalled /hollow Concrete must be repaired with Polymer modified

mortar. Substrate shall be in "Saturated Surface Dry" (SSD) condition (damp,

without standing water) before application of waterproofing coating

Cracks Treatment :- All the cracks should be treated with Polymer modified

Mortar by mixing Cement: 50 kg, Sand: 150 kg, Trubuild WPL333: 6-7.5 Kg &

Water: 10 lit after opening it into "V Groove" and filing the PMM by Push And

Press method Up to 3mm craks will be treated by Pu sealent seal master flexi

2 Primer Coating- Providing and Applying Astral Trubuild Primesure EPMI which 2416.00 Sqmt 950.00

is Two Components Moisture Insensitive Epoxy Primer in 1:0.6 mixing ration ( 1 :

Resin + 0.6 :Hardner) by weight with an average coverage of 8-10 Sqm/litres in

1coat & is allowed to be set for touch dry condition Providing and applying

Astral Trubuild Tru PU PURA 1K PU Treatment:- Supplying and

applyingTru PU PURA 1K is a single componant Pure Polyurethene Chemistry

having solid content >85% as per ASTM C 836:2018, Elongation ≥500% as per

ASTM D 412:2016; Tensile Strength ≥2MPa as per ASTM D 412:2016; Pull-off

Adhesion ≥26 N ASTM 794:2018, Low Tempreture Crack Bridging @ 3.2mm

extention Up to 2mm as per ASTM C 1305:2016, without any dilution

@consupmtion of 1.6kg in 2 coats
