Paid challans for payment of Employees ESI for last 1 Year

Paid challans for payment of Employees EPF for last 1 Year

Paid challans for payment of Professional Tax for last 1 Year

Declaration/Undertaking on Bond paper regarding salary to the Employees providing to the Higher Education Academy, Dharwad will be made by the Agency for upto 5 months, in case any delay in release of Grants from the Government.

Declaration/Undertaking on Bond Paper that Agency is not blacklisted by any Govt/Non Govt Organisation and Agency or its any authorised person is not involved in any Court/Police Cases.
