M & L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described including preparation of old steel surfaces,Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Complete removal of existing treament from wall surfaces by wire brushes & stopping of surfaces & leveling/edging the disturbed surface /edges using 1.0 mm thick fillig compound of birla/Jk wall care putty to obtain smooth regular /even finish using sand paper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a caot of alkali resistant primer, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour, preparation of new (plastered or unplasterd) surfaces of walls including brooming down, washing, rubbing down using sand paper, stopping distrubed surfaces, planes/edges with white cement putty & rubbing with sand paper to obtain regular and smooth surfaces, and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion anti weather & anti algae paint (1st quality paint), in disruptive pattern (camouflage) using number of colours as approved, over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed. Note (s): (i) Pattern of camouflage shall be as approved by GE. (ii) Rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to include the cost of use and waste of necessary ladder, wooden platform etc,. as may require to execute work at any height upto 8.00 metre. (iii) Painting work shall stand guaranted against fadding/Peeling off for 05 years & the cost agaist this aspect, shall be deemed included in the unit rate quoted for this item.

S&F Mild steel Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 75 mm thick using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Cement concret in sub floors, floors and pavings complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1,50 mm thick using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Cement concret in sub floors, floors and pavings complete all as specified.

Taking down unserviceable any type of Main Switch, industrial sockets, DB's including MCBs incl wooden/GI/MS sheet board,removing the materials/debris and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall, floors and ceiling etc. to match with the original existing finish all as directed etc all as directed.

Taking down carefully copper/Aluminium submain wiring of any size/core/type complete including conduits/casing caping etc, removing the materials/debris and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall, floors and ceiling etc. to match with the original existing finish all as directed

Taking down unservicable light fittings any type all as directed.

Point wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area), single core, flame retardent low smoke (FRLS), PVC insulated and un sheathed cable 1100 Volts grade, ISI 694 marked TEC and FIA approved in and including PVC concealed conduit medium grade, suitable for light/bell/fan point terminated in and including mild steel terminl boxes covered with new 3 mm thick HYLAM Make plastic laminated sheet and controlled by one switch including flame retardent low smoke (FRLS) PVC insulated un sheathed multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area)single core cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly , complete all as specified and directed.
