Disconnection & taking out to submersible pump with motorof capacity 25 to 52 HP along with column pipe of any size alongwith lowering the same after repaired motor / pump along with existing / replaced column pipe, and re-connection for three phase AC Supply and tested at site to the satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge. Note:- (i) Repair / replacement of pump /motor / column pipe / rubber gasket / Nut bolt and washers/Cable shall be measured and paid supply only in respective items of Schedule ‘A’. (ii) Transportation to defective motor / pump from well to work shop and vice-versa shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (iii) The cost of T&P required for taking-out, lowering to submersible motor / pump / column pipe de-water the UG sump shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Dismantling to existing unserviceable submersible pump motor of 52 HP, 3 phase, 440 volts, 50 Hz, 2900 RPM and rewinding to stator with PVC insulated copper winding wire including sleeves, thimbles & minor spare parts like as bronze bushes, gland packing, water seal & adopter, stainless steel shaft,Neck ring,Bowl casing, Shaft sleeve ,impeller of gun metal etc and re-assembling to the same motor after repair work . complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting of centrifugal pump set electrically and from suction and delivery line. Transporting pump set to workshop for repair. Strip opening of induction motor 40 HP and taking out burnt out motor winding wire from stator and rotor carefully, cleaning the stator slots carefully, rewinding to stator and rotor with copper winding wire as per exiting size of wire including providing mica paper in stator slots thimbles, vanishing to winding wire and drying up of the insulation in heating chamber , assembling to motor after repair work and megger testing for insulation . Transporting of the motor to site , refixng /reinstallation , reconnecting and testing for smoth and trouble free running/functioning complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Defective spare parts excepts winding wire & bronze bushes etc shall be measured & paid separately under respective itemof this Sch ‘A’ as “Supply only” . But fixing charges shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item. Nothing extra shall be entertained on this account.

No delay, No additional charges shall be considered on this account rates quoted against the item shall include the said element. b) Contractor is responsible for making all safety arrangments, scaffolding/jhulla for carrying out the above job with due care at a height of approx 22 Mtr c) Contractor may visit the site before quoting the tender.
