BILL OF QUANTITIES FOR CIVIL WORKS
Charges for metal double scaffolding ( H-frame ): Rate includes providing, erecting, shifting, transportation etc.complete to a maximum height of 12m (40ft) from the ground level. Approximate length on one side is 15m (50ft).The scaffolding is to be erected on two opposite locations of building at a time as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.Total expected area of scaffolding is 4200 Sqft. The scaffolding is to be set ready for the masons/ welders/ fabricators to work on the roof top levels.
Rate for demolition of existing parapet wall(4.5" brick wall) to a height of 50 cm approx. including finishing the demolished surfaces with cement mortar, applying matching color paint etc. complete the work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Rate includes all the material, labor etc. with disposing off the debris from the campus.
Supply and fixing of Galvalume steel roofing sheet matching with existing roofing sheet supported with GI tubes, epoxy painted, fixed with all accessories required for completing the roof work like ridge capping, Hip cap, Tap-Screw,self drilling fasteners , nuts etc complete. Make: TATA, JSW or approved equivalent.
Supply and fixing of 6" UPVC rain water Gutter to be fixed on existing truss with proper gutter support, clamp etc. Complete. Make: Euro Guard, Aqua star,Supreme.
Supply and fixing at site in position 6" PVC rain water drain pipes(4 Kgf/cm2) connecting to roof valley gutter including all necessary fittings like elbows, unions, tees, reducers, couplings, nipples, etc. complete the work with existing/new line. Make: HYCOUNT/Supreme/Finolex or equivalent)
