SH-I: OPERATION & MAINTENANCE

Annual Operation & daily Maintenance of various Electrical & Mechanical Installations involving repairs & maintenance and attending to compliants /faults/breakdowns and taking rectification action , ensuring servicibility/satisfactory working condition of the systems, preventive maintenance , maintenance of records/ documents etc. of DG set (Operation only), pump house , Terminal Building , Switch Room panels/ DBs, External lighting , and other ancillary Buildings etc as per the detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract on all days including sundays & holidays etc as reqd. a) Wireman /Electrician (Skilled) -01 No. - in General shift only . b) DG Set Operator (Semi Skilled )- 01 No. - in General shift only . c) Helper (Unskilled ) - 01 No. - in General shift only .

Provision of additional manpower required for emergency / major maintenance works at Airport area beyond the scope of item No.1 on daily basis. (a) Skilled workmen

Fuel cost for running of the following capacity Kirloskar/Cummins make DG set per hour basis (contractor has to quote their rate for running hours i/c handling,storing and transportation cost of fuel .The rate shall be assessed according to the location and capacity of the DG set) as per special conditions of tender. (a) 1x125 KVA

Annual Comprehensive maintenance of 2 TR ,4 way (Cassette type) inverter type split Air-conditioning unit of Toshiba make i/c providing and repairing of defective compressor & replacement of other defective components like relay & switches , capacitors etc. with original components complete as required.

Annual Comprehensive maintenance of fire detection and alarm system,comprising of Agni make microcontrolled based convetional fire alarm panel,detectors(52 Nos) ,response indiacotor , hooter (11Nos) , MCP (11Nos.) with complete circuit wiring and batteries etc. i/c cleaning of detectors and maintaining of fire alarm system in working condition complete as required .

Annual comprehensive maintenance of water coolers having capacities of 40/80 Ltrs by repairing/replacement of all defective parts such as compressors,fan motor & gas charging etc. complete as required at site.

Annual comprehensive maintenance of UV water purifier of Eurekaforbes make with pre filter by repaiting/replacement of defective parts complete as required.

SH-II: SUPPLY OF ELECTRICAL SPARES & ACCESSORIES (on as and when required basis at site )

Supply of Flame retardant PVC insulated single core copper conductor (flexible) cable suitable upto 1100V grade conforming to IS:694/1990 with latest amendments of following size: (a) 1 x 1.5 sqmm (90 mtr coil)

Supply of Flame retardant PVC insulated single core copper conductor (flexible) cable suitable upto 1100V grade conforming to IS:694/1990 with latest amendments of following size: (b) 1 x 2.5 sqmm ( 90 mtr coil )

Supply of Flame retardant PVC insulated single core copper conductor (flexible) cable suitable upto 1100V grade conforming to IS:694/1990 with latest amendments of following size: (c) 1 x 4.0 sqmm (90 mtr coil)

Supply of lead acid Batteries 12 V, 180 AH capacity in charged condition, as & when required.

Supply of Wall mounting fan (400 mm sweep).

Supply of Ceiling fan (1200 mm sweep), energy efficient .

Supply of 20A & 10A Switch Socket combined Unit

Supply of PVC Tape

Supply of Desert Cooler made of GI sheet body of nominal 20Gauge of having minimum dimension 2ftX2ftX3ft with fan and pump including all accessories complete as required .

Supply of LED Flood Light fitting made of pressure die cast housing ,of 100W ,230V, 50Hz , Colour cool white light, with IP 65 weather protection with all accessories complete as as required.

SH-III: DSR ITEMS

Execution of works as per requirement of site from CPWD schedule of rates (Electrical DSR-2018) as per CPWD specifications completed as required .(Total amount of Rs 50000.00 (exclusive of GST ) is kept for DSR items -2018) [ (Note- Rate of DSR items shall be quoted against total amount of Rs 50000.00 (Fifty Thousand ) in figures excluding GST which shall be converted in the percentage (above/below ) and rate of DSR items shall be taken exclusive of GST (basic rate ) on which payment shall be made considering percentage above /below rate quoted against Rs 50,000.00 .]
