Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) using 40 mm metal with concrete mixer. All work upto plinth level including cost of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges.

RCC M- 20 Design mix (Cement 350 kgs fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, as per SS and as directed by the Departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges. for Piles

Supply and placing of the M 20 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402)with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department including pumping, laying concrete, vibrating, curing etc. complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges, for finished item of work as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges. Footings

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded. The rate including cost and conveyance of steel, binding wire, labour charges for fabrication of grills, placing in position, etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental Officer in charge of the work.

Manufacturing supply and fixing of M.S.Grill Gate with M.S.Angulars, M.S.Flats. The rate including cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges for fabrication of steel work including cost of welding rods , power charges and fixing the grills in position etc., complete as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work.

Supply of Hot dipped Galvanised Iron Chain link mesh 8 gauge - (4.0 mm) as per IS: 2721-1979 - PVC Coated - 3"x3" (76mm x 76 mm) - 8 Gauge complete as directed by Departmental Officer incharges of the work.

Plastering with CM (1:4) 12mm thick. The rate including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges.

Dismantling of existing structures comprising of Brick masonry in Cement Mortar including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceble material and stacking the serviceble material with all lifts and lead of 1000m as per technical specification as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work

Masonry work in CM (1:8) prop with Flyash Cement solid blocks of size 290 x225 x 140 mm for manufacturing of flyash solid blocks using flyash of 80 kgs, cement of 15 kgs. Gypsum of 5 kgs. and stone dust including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, seiniorage charges, scaffolding and curing etc., cpomplete with a compresive streangth not lessthan 50 kg/sqm for walls for Superstructure Walls. The rate including cost and conveyance of all material, labour charges, etc., complete as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work, but excluding seigniorage charges.
