REPAIRS AND RESURFACING OF PARADE GROUND NEAR HEADQUARTERS CG(ES) AT VISAKAHAPTNAM UNDER GE (I) CG VIZAG.

M&L for scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface, area not exceeding 400 Sqm & depth n.exc 50mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface, area not exceeding 400 Sqm & depth exc 50mm and n.exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rolling & consolidation of formation surfaces in cutting by 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing existing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on black top surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat using paving bitumen of VG 10 grade at the rate 10 kg per ten Sqm over the prepared surface by mechanical sprayer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber n.exc 75mm thickness (consolidated thickness) with 4% binder content of VG -30 by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid by sensor paver finished complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top surface or bituminous macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on black top surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat using paving bitumen of VG 10 grade at the rate 5 kg per ten Sqm over the prepared surface by mechanical sprayer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm average thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen VG-30 grade by weight of total mix including cement filler, on surfaces rolled & compacted with using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to achieve the required compactness, camber and gradient mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by sensor paver finisher complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and disposal of debris and rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of flooring, etc and finished the surface even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 18 to 20 mm thick Granite stone slabs (Black/Ruby Red) work (table rubbed and polished) as in platforms/ floors bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing types including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick granite (jet black colour) tiles machine cut as in in skirting / dado jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing with and including backing coat of mortar 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform & other similar situations. Complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for drilling holes ,dia and depth of hole shall exc. 25mm but n.exc. 40 mm tappered (with standard or gas thread) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc. confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zine chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pultruded FRP gratings for drain cover with mesh size 38 x 38 mm of weather and corrosion resistant complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Road Marking Strips, Lines, Dashes, Arrows, Letters etc of 2.5 mm thick [Reflective Type] of colour White or Golden Yellow on roads, pavements and the like not exceeding 10cm wide with Hot Thermo Plast material by fully autornatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater, driven by skilled operator on road surface complete as per MOSRT & H specifications including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note - (a) MOST specification 803 shall be followed strictly for execution of work & suitable machine shall be used for the marking as approved by the GE. Shape & size/ patterns of marking shall be as approved by the GE.. (b) The rate includes complete removal or scrapping of old existing thermoplastic road marking paint (if required).
