SCHEDULE 'A'

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil including Clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth (measured one metre above ground level) and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres complete all as specified and as directed..

Rough excavation over areas not exceeding 1.50m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. M, getting out, returning, filling in and raming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil.

M&L River Sand filling under Paver blocks including spreading, levelling, watering and consolidating all as specified and directed.

Removing Excavated soils not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point

M&L Hardcore of guage not exceeding 63mm, deposited spread & levelled in layers n.exc.15cm thick, watered & rolled/ rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L Moorum / Red bajri filling in floors or pavings laid in layers n.exc 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Plain cement concrete, type B0, (1:2:4, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) for bedding , coping,haunching etc , and casting of post including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note: The proportioning of cement and aggregate for mixing by weight shall be as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Pre-cast RCC , type B1, (1:2:4, using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in cills, steps, bands, plinth courses,copings,bedplates,filiing gaps etc., and the like including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles throating,necessary formwork,all as directed Note: The proportioning of cement and aggregate for mixing by weight shall be as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Plain cement concrete, typeC2, (1:3:6, using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc all as specified and as as directed by engineer-in-charge. Note: The proportioning of cement and aggregate for mixing by weight shall be as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Precast cement concrete block masonary, type C1 (1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregates) with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (integral) all as specified and Directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates etc conforming to Grade Fe 410W (Gde-E-250) Quality-A complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The cost of making the semi-circular structure is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

S&F Rolled mild steel of grade conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) as in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced, translucent, corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.50 mm thick Prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws..

M&L Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1 : 3.

M&L APP based membrane course roof treatment in layers with following provisions:- (i) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2kg/m2 including cleaning surface all as specified and directed. (ii) APP Based Polymeric memberane minimum weighing 3 kg /sqm and minimum 3mm thick Reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/ sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and Directed by Eng-in- Charge

M&L 75mm thick, Plain Cement concrete, type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors even and rough finished to receive topping layer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, machine pressed,set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 20mm thick screed bedding layer in CM 1:6 with grey cement and pigment all as specified and directed.

M&L 60mm thick,Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block , M-35 grade of any any colour confirming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing tiles and rubbish off the premises

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair face of brickwork or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement and applying 3mm thick wall care putty on wall incl taking down of old cement plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 5mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction, over 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of stone masonry walls or finished even and smooth without using extra cement in any height, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall applying three coat white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of Cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified.

M& L Preparation of surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width ,not other wise described and applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint on APP membrane laid on roof slabs.

M&L Preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm dia bore GI tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store

Refixing of old 20 mm dia GI steel tubing and connections in new or old position of walls, ceiling and floors etc

Disconnecting of water tank of capacity exc 250 ltrs but n. exc 500 Ltr removing all scale and dirt etc. by brushing with iron brushes, removing green algae etc. by using bleaching powder, all from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipe etc. complete all as directed by Engineer -in- Charge. Note: Cleaning, repairing etc shall be measured separetely.

Disconnecting of water tank of capacity exc 500 ltrs but n. exc 1000 Ltr removing all scale and dirt etc. by brushing with iron brushes, removing green algae etc. by using bleaching powder, all from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipe etc. complete all as directed by Engineer -in- Charge. Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)
