Demolishing cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix including disposal of material within 50 m lead.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical/manual means in all types of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil,silt, sand, clay, gravel moorum of all varieties shingles, pebbles, all types of conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock, ordinary rock, disintegrated or weathered rock, fissured/shattered, decomposed rock and all such other materials either in full or in parts as the case may be by adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiseling, wedging etc. but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated submerged, foul conditions etc including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering including setting out construction of shoring, strutting and bracing, removal of stump and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, providing barricading, danger lighting, guarding etc. backfilling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposing of the surplus excavated soil/ rock at specified areas within intial lead of 50 mtrs and all lifts etc. as per specification and drawing and as directed by the Engineer in charge etc complete.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Supplying jamba wooden bally piles 150 mm mean diameter cut to length required (not exceeding 9 meters) and planted in position ready for driving: Above 2.50 meters upto 3.50 meters long pile

Driving down wooden piles of 150mm diameter either in vertical or battered work to approved lines and level through various strata including arranging all the appliances necessary for pile driving complete at site (portion in ground only to be measured) : Above 2.50 meters upto 3.50 meters long pile.

Centering & shuttering including Strutting, Propping & removal of forms for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

Centering & shuttering including Strutting,Propping & removal of forms for : Suspended floors, roofs landings, shelves & their supports

Providing and laying in position ready mixed concrete (RMC) with usage of Ordinary Portland Cement manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a lead upto 10 kms having continious agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified to grade for plain cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C., from the transit mixer to the site of laying, excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, including the cost of admixtures in recommended porportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, improve the workability without imparing strength and durability including of pumping as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. All works upto floor V level: M-25 grade of concrete.

Providing corrosion resistant steel CRS-50 bars of (SAIL, TATA, VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.)(Confirming to IS 1786 if 1985) for RCC work including bending, binding & placing inposition in all the floors along with factory made precaste concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strengthis not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member .

Providing and fixing weepholes with rigid PVC make laid in position with a required slope and level while laying pipes of approved the concrete of retaining wall,wing wall and earth retaining structure complete as directed by the Engineer in charge :110 mm dia

Earthwork in embankment with approved earth (contractors,s earth) / moorum including spreading the earth in layers not exceeding 250 mm depth, breaking clods, watering rolling earth layer with half tone roller or wooden or steel hammer including filling up ground depression dressing etc. complete with all lead and lift and as dircted by Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing of approved design as shown in the drawing including bending handrail pipe to proper shape in curves with specials, etc. complete. as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing Pavit or equivalent full body vitrified finished of series Gritty/ Concro/ Kova, or equivalent size (600x600 ) and 16mm thick tiles in floor, treads etc on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 and jointed with cement slurry etc. complete and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.
