Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth in hard dense soil for taking out / laying of pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

S&F and testing 80mm bore sluice valve flanged and drilled both ends CI body, heavy duty, class PN 1:6 gun metal spindle conforming to IS 14846 including jointing with and including rubber gaskets, bolts, nuts, and washers complete and dismantling taking out old unserviciable sluice valve including cutting unscrewing old nut bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F and testing 100 mm bore sluice valve flanged and drilled both ends CI body, heavy duty, class PN 1:6 gun metal spindle conforming to IS 14846 including jointing with and including rubber gaskets, bolts, nuts, and washers complete and dismantling taking out old unserviciable sluice valve including cutting unscrewing old nut bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the mono block pump set of 10 HP cap 3 phase & segregating to its parts for repairs and M & L for rewinding motor with super enameled copper wire of same size/gauge wire and turn of old burnt out wire with insulating material including varnishing , turning and polishing to the shaft and / or rotor, including replacement of suitable bearing etc complete & refixing motor after completion of work including testing of motor complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out/lowering the submersible pump set upto 5/7.5 HP from deep bore well with connected cable and column pipes and disconnecting the cable for removing the submersible pump set for carrying out minor repairs and re-assembling column socket pipe end and testing and commissioning of pump set after repairs including rectification of any leakage to entire satisfaction of Engineer -in -charge complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the submersible pump set upto 5 HP by separating pumps and motor opening machineries fully for carryout required repairs to pump/ motor by machines and reassembling after replacing all worn out spare parts as mentioned here in after, cleaning and refixing with motors, coupling etc, & testing complete all as specified and directed at site.

Rewinding of AC three phase induction motor upto 5 HP(Submersible motor) including cutting of burnt winding ,cleaning of starter slots ,cleaning & bleaching of motor and rewinding with existing size gauge of PVC insulated copper wire water proof winding cable and including servicing of pumps complete all as directed by Engineer-in- charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of PVC service water tank by using following six stage mechanised cleaning process of below given capacities . (a) Sucking out of water from existing PVC tank by using pump. (b) Sucking out of sludge and mud from the tank by using sludge pump. (c) High pressure cleaning of walls & ceilings of water tank using 150 Bar pressure, jet cleaner which rid of the walls off calcinations, algae and all contamination. (d) Cleaning and draining up of tank by using Industrial vacuum cleaner. (e) Antibacterial treatment of internal wall and ceiling of tank by using bio-degradable antibacterial spray. (f) Finally sterilzation and disinfection of tank will be done by using UV radiation developing from UV radiator to kill any suspended bacterial remaining in the tank. Note : (a) After cleaning the tank, date of cleaning will be written on the tank by using stencil. (b) when cleaning tank, float valve should be removed and after completion of cleaning, float valve to be fixed to same tank.
