Miscellaneous cleaning in Granulation section: A.Cleaning of 2 no. of stair case (south and north) in granulation section from 0mtr to 39mtr. B.Water washing of 2 no. of stair cases in granulation section from 0mtr to 39 mtr. C. Cleaning of granulation floors with belcha like 0 mtr, 7mtr,11 mtr,16 mtr,21 mtr, 26 mtr and 39 mtr . D.Water washing of floors in granulation section. E.Cleaning of storm drain pipes connecting plant terrace when required. F.Cleaning of various drain lines inside granulation section at various floors as above. G.Cleaning of storm drain pipes connecting plant terrace when required. H. Cleaning of gutter and Nullah near and surrounding area in Granulation section as per requirement

Cleaning of Cooling tower top deck

Miscellaneous Cleaning job in wet section as under mentioned. A. water Washing of Product Coater B. water washing of CN and NP section floors including 0 mtr,7mtr,15mtr,21mtr,29mtr,35mtr and 26 mtr C. Cleaning of various drain lines inside plant at various floors as above. D. Cleaning of oil pumps suction strainers/filters E. Cleaning of Tanker filling Surrounding area. F. various pump suction strainer and oil pump strainers filter cleaning. G. cleaning of storm drain pipes connecting plant terrace when required. H. Cleaning of gutter and Nullah near and surrounding area in wet section as per requirement

Assisting in Plant Preservation Activity (wet section and Granulation section) A. water run of Dissolver section and Crystalliser section. B. Water run of Mother liquor and neutraliser section. C. Water run of Evaporation and BMT section D. running of equipments in grinding section. E. water run of Pre-Neutraliser section, Pre-scrubber section, Tail gas scrubber section. F. Dry run of Dryer drum, cooler drum and granulator drum in granulation section (Cardium compound to be applied on tunion rollers of respected equipments). G. Running of Elevators, oversize mills and exhausters. H. Running of belts conveyors in granulation section(lubrication to all idler rollers)

Assisting in sample collection of AN Melt plant: A.Various samples of AN Melt is to be collected from respective area and to be taken to CC lab daily, B. arranging necessary chemicals from chemical store to plant store/lab as per requirement, C. Arranging chemicals and utensils properly in store & lab as per instruction of plant representative

Assisting in applying oil & grease to various equipment in AN melt & granulation section: Various activities include, A. shifting all required oil & grease drums in plant store, B. Collecting & shifting required oil/grease drum to respective area or equipment, C. Replacement or top-up of oil/grease to Granulation equipment such as exhauster, elevator, pump, conveyor belts, over size mills, crusher, agitator, etc and similar equipments of AN Melt section, which are on daily or weekly basis. Total equipment oil/grease points are around 150 nos., D.Cleaning the spillage on floor using saw dust wiper, E. collecting used oil in drums and storing at designated place for disposal, etc

Miscellaneous Cleaning/Plant Preservation/House-keeping/spillage handling activities of any other plant or dept: Workmen should be employed in any other plant or dept of Trombay Unit for cleaning/plant preservation activities as per requirement and demand of concerned plant
