Construction of pile foundation for 132 kv Tower

Boring, providing and installing bored cast in situ reinforced cement concrete pile of specified grade, con mix diameter and length below the pile cap in M-35 cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with casing and / or bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. all complete including removal of excavated earth with lifts and leads (length of pile for payment shall be measured from top of shoe to the bottom of pile cap) 600 mm dia pile by percussion drilling using(DMC) or bailer and chisel technique by tripod and mechanical winch machine all complete.

Providing and laying of broken stone layer under pile caps and foundation rafts-300mm thick. Pile cap -300mm thick

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering, finishing and reinforcement all work up to plinth level as mud mat –1:3:6(1 cemnt:3 coarse sand: graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) - under pile cap/foundation raft

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering finishing and reinforcement –all work up to plinth level M-30 pile cap/foundation raft

Centering & shuttering including strutting and propping etc. And removal of forms for RCC work as in item "5" & "6" desired height in foundation, foundation beams, plinth beams, lintel beams, all types of suspended floors, soffits of beams ribs, stepped, spiral staircases etc up to desired heights and thickness complete.

Providing and fixing of galvanised Stub legs (min coating 5 micron) Welded in position as per details provided in the drawings for development of anchorage system for the upcoming towers. This includes the embedment of the said/fabricated anchorage system in the pile cap with all required precision for attachment to the up coming tower.

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, and binding all complete up to plinth level. Thermo-mechanically treated bars of FE-500 For piles , Pile caps & grade beams.
