Industrial Lighting Erection Works of RSPS#2 in TNPL Unit I

Erection of 20W/40W LED Tube light fittings, including fitting assembly, earthing and accessories like PVC flexible cables from junction box to fitting etc. shall be contractor scope. The scope includes fabrication and erection of fitting hanging arrangements like brackets/Down rods/supports etc. The maximum elevation for fixing of light fittings shall be as per drawing & instruction of Engineer-Incharge. The transportation/shifting of light fittings from stores or storage godown to respective erection site shall be contractor scope. The Scope also includes supply of flexible cables (from JB to Fitting) & Down rods for Tuble light fittings.

Erection of 40W Slim LED light fittings (2ft X 2ft), including fitting assembly, earthing and accessories like PVC flexible cables from junction box to fitting etc. shall be contractor scope. The scope includes fabrication and erection of fitting hanging arrangements like brackets/Down rods/supports etc. The maximum elevation for fixing of light fittings shall be as per drawing & instruction of Engineer-Incharge. The transportation/shifting of light fittings from stores or storage godown to respective erection site shall be contractor scope. The Scope also includes supply of flexible cables (from JB to Fitting) for slim LED light fittings

Erection of 40 W LED Well Glass light fitting, including fitting assembly, earthing and accessories like PVC flexible cables from junction box to fitting etc. shall be contractor scope. The scope includes fabrication and erection of fitting hanging arrangements like brackets/Down rods/supports etc. The maximum elevation for fixing of light fittings shall be as per drawing & instruction of Engineer-Incharge. The transportation/shifting of light fittings from stores or storage godown to respective erection site shall be contractor scope. The Scope also includes supply of flexible cables (from JB to Fitting) for Well glass light fittings.

Erection of 300W LED Flood light fitting, including fitting assembly, earthing and accessories like PVC flexible cables from junction box to fitting etc. shall be contractor scope. The scope includes fabrication and erection of fitting hanging arrangements like brackets/Down rods/supports etc. The maximum elevation for fixing of light fittings shall be as per drawing & instruction of Engineer-Incharge. The transportation/shifting of light fittings from stores or storage godown to respective erection site shall be contractor scope. The Scope also includes supply of flexible cables (from JB to Fitting) for Flood light fittings.

Erection of 45W/90W LED Street light fittings, including fitting assembly, earthing and accessories like PVC flexible cables from junction box to fitting etc. shall be contractor scope. The scope includes fabrication and erection of fitting hanging arrangements like brackets/Down rods/supports etc. The maximum elevation for fixing of light fittings shall be as per drawing & instruction of Engineer-Incharge. The transportation/shifting of light fittings from stores or storage godown to respective erection site shall be contractor scope. The Scope also includes supply of flexible cables (from JB to Fitting) and GI Pipes for fixing of street light fittings.

Installation of PVC 4way-Junction box IP65 enclosure (4” x 4” x 2” with terminal block). The installation scope includes fixing of 1no. PVC gland. The junction boxes & PVC Gland will be supplied by TNPL and the double compression metal glands shall be supplied by the bidder.

Horizontal and vertical laying of 4C x 2.5 sqmm Ar. Cu. Cable in ready trays, walls, ceiling, pulling through pipe, dressing, clamping and fixing of aluminium strip number tages on the both ends of the cable, and fixing of GI saddles, saddle bars etc, transportation of cables from Employer's stores/yard. Scope shall include supply of Cable tie, Clamps, Al. tag etc.,

Horizontal and vertical laying of 4C x 16 sqmm Ar. Al./Cu. Cable in ready trays, walls, ceiling, pulling through pipe, dressing, clamping and fixing of aluminium strip number tages on the both ends of the cable, and fixing of GI saddles, saddle bars etc, transportation of cables from Employer's stores/yard. Scope shall include supply of Cable tie, Clamps, Al. tag etc.,

Cable in ready trays, walls, ceiling, pulling through pipe, dressing, clamping and fixing of aluminium strip number tages on the both ends of the cable, and fixing of GI saddles, saddle bars etc, transportation of cables from Employer's stores/yard. Scope shall include supply of Cable tie, Clamps, Al. tag etc.,

Termination of 4C x 2.5 sqmm Ar. Cu. Cable and connection of leads for 1.1 kV cables and double compression type brass cable glands, lugs etc. for LT cables, cutting, stripping of cable insulation, crimping the lug etc. shall be contractor scope. Scope shall include supply of Cable Gland, Lugs etc., (Make of gland shall be COMET and Lug Make Dowels only).

Termination of 4C x 16 sqmm Ar. Al./Cu. Cable and connection of leads for 1.1 kV cables and double compression type brass cable glands, lugs etc. for LT cables, cutting, stripping of cable insulation, crimping the lug etc. shall be contractor scope. Scope shall include supply of Cable Gland, Lugs etc., (Make of gland shall be COMET and Lug Make Dowels only).

Termination of 4C x 35 sqmm Ar. Al./Cu. Cable and connection of leads for 1.1 kV cables and double compression type brass cable glands, lugs etc. for LT cables, cutting, stripping of cable insulation, crimping the lug etc. shall be contractor scope. Scope shall include supply of Cable Gland, Lugs etc., (Make of gland shall be COMET and Lug Make Dowels only).

Erection of Thermo plastic LDB’s (Size: 1216 x 691 x 276mm) in MS frames/structural supports/walls including assembling of DB like MCB fixing, internal wiring & earthing etc. shall be contractor scope. The transportation/shifting of DB’s from stores or storage godown to respective erection site shall be contractor scope.

Erection of Thermo plastic SLDB’s (Size: 295 x 333 x 129mm) in MS frames/structural supports/walls including assembling of DB like MCB fixing, internal wiring & earthing etc. shall be contractor scope. The transportation/shifting of DB’s from stores or storage godown to respective erection site shall be contractor scope.

Erection of Thermo plastic SLDB’s (Size:300X450X170mm) in MS frames/structural supports/walls including assembling of DB like MCB fixing, internal wiring & earthing etc. shall be contractor scope. The transportation/shifting of DB’s from stores or storage godown to respective erection site shall be contractor scope.

Erection of 50mm / 75mm Pre fabricated GI perforated cable trays in civil structural column/pipe rack/walls (Insert plates if required for fixing cable trays in walls, the same shall be fabricated and erected) and required welding, bolting, drilling, cutting, anchor fastenering, riveting & grinding etc. shall be contractor scope. The cable tray length shall be 2.5/3m & thickness shall be 3/2.5mm. The contractor should modify the trays, wherever bends (‘T’ or ‘L’ etc.) required, the same shall be fabricated and erected as per site condition. The maximum elevation for fixing of trays shall be +40 m LVL & instruction of Engineer-Incharge. The scope including transportation of cable trays from stores or cable yard to respective erection site.

Erection of 150mm Pre fabricated GI ladder type or perforated cable trays in civil structural column/pipe rack/walls (Insert plates if required for fixing cable trays in walls, the same shall be fabricated and erected) and required welding, bolting, drilling, cutting, anchor fastenering, riveting & grinding etc. shall be contractor scope. The cable tray length shall be 2.5/3m & thickness shall be 3/2.5mm. The contractor should modify the trays, wherever bends (‘T’ or ‘L’ etc.) required, the same shall be fabricated and erected as per site condition. The maximum elevation for fixing of trays shall be +40 m LVL & instruction of Engineer-Incharge. The scope including transportation of cable trays from stores or cable yard to respective erection site.

Fabrication and erection of MS base frame for Panels, DB’s, supports for light fittings, push button station, brackets for miscellaneous electrical equipments, cable tray, cable tray supports out of rolled MS sections, pipes and plates etc. including welding, cutting, drilling, bolting, grinding & riveting etc. The scope including transportation of steel materials from stores or steel yard to respective erection site.

Laying of 25x3/6mm GI earth flat includes installation of equipment grounding for indoor and outdoor equipment like motors, panels, MCCs, light fittings, DBs, Transformer, generators, trays and grounding of structures-earthing using 50x6mm GI flat required earth excavation to be carried out as per direction of engineer In-charge.

Fixing of 6/8 MM Anchor Fastener (including supply)

Open Wiring (The scope includes supply of all wiring accessories like casing caping, flexible cables/wires, down rod, fan hooks, switch board switches sockets, Zinc passivated MS box etc.)

Wiring in casing & caping of appropirate size between sub main switch boards to individual light /fan/power socket etc., using 4 Sq.mm PVC wire along with earth wire length of each point shall be 5 mtrs.

Wiring in casing & caping of appropirate size between sub main switch boards to individual light /fan/power socket etc., using 2.5Sq.mm PVC wire along with earth wire length of each point shall be 5 mtrs.

Wiring in casing & caping of appropirate size between sub main switch boards to individual light /fan/power socket etc., using 1.5Sq.mm PVC wire along with earth wire length of each point shall be 5 mtrs.

Wiring for lighting circuit mains (Main Switchboard to Sub Switchboard) with 3 runs of 2.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated flame retardant low smoke copper wire through casing & caping with complete with all accessories.

Supply and Fixing of fan hook boxes in the ceiling (recessed)

Supply and Fixing 300 W capacity solid state electronic fan regulator and mounting the same in the switch control box including giving connections as required (for celing fans and chandlier)

Labour charges only for erection of ceiling fans (supplied by TNPL) and giving connections. Contractor scope includes supply of down rod for fixing the fan

Cocealed Wiring (The scope includes supply of all wiring accessories like PVC conduit pipes, flexible cables/wires, down rod, fan hooks, switch board switches sockets, Zinc passivated MS box etc.)

Supply and erection for light and fan points Wiring, Concealed type with supply of 19/25 mm dia 2 mm thick pvc conduit pipe and necessary PVC junction boxes,1.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated wire P,N,E each point, one switch one control, length with in 5 meters
