Repairs to 100 KVA Distribution Transformer and installation of H Frame for the Substation at Ashtingoo Lift Irrigation Scheme of MISD Sopore.

Amount

100 KVA Substation:- a. Isolation the transformer from HT side by means of dropping the link set, discharging the HT cable, disconnecting the LT cable from bush rods lowering of transformer from bed, loading in private vehicle carrying up to workshop unloading it for necessary repairs at workshop. The job includes carriage of transformer to the site after carrying necessary repairs and testing on full load.

b. Opening the lid of transformer and draining the carbonized T-Oil discarding the LT/HT connections from LT/HT rods, taking out the assembly of tank. The job includes dismantling of core assembly and coils as well checking the damages.

c. Providing & fitting of 12 NO. fresh HT coils in appropriate size of aluminium wire as per sample. The job includes providing & fitting of insulating material like HT paper, lathered, cotton tape, sleeves, varnishing of the coil and heating in the heating chamber each coil weighs 4 Kg

d. Providing & fitting of insulation material such as separators, core sheets, card boards Bakelite tubes sleeves nuts and bolts connecting bars etc.

e. Providing & fitting of LT bush rods along with the bush cups both male and female.

f. Topping of the transformer by providing & filling fresh T-Oil.

g. Filtration of the existing T-Oil.

h. Deduction cost of old scrap as 80% of weight of coil.

H- frame Installation :- Installation of H frame for 100 KVA sub-station at Ashtingoo LIS by way of excavation of hard/soft soil for digging of 3 No. of pits as per latest IS code. The job also includes cement bottoming of the 2 No. Departmental poles constituting H frame after dismantling the poles from the old site and cement bottoming of 1 No. 9m pole as per relevant IS Code. The job includes providing and fitting of ISMC-75/100 channels by means of clamps, nuts and bolts. The job also includes providing and fitting of lightning arrestor, Link set, drop out fuse set, clamps, laying of 0.03 ACSR conductor. The specifications and other details of the material to be provided and fitted is as under: i. SP 33, 9m pole ----------------- 1 No. ii. ISMC 75, 9 foot long appx. as per site requirement-- 5 No iii. ISMC 100, 9 foot long appx. as per site requirement-- 2 No iv. 11 KV Link Set post type of reputed make ----- 1 set v. 11 KV Drop Out Fuse Set of reputed make ----- 1 set vi. 11 KV Lightening arrester of reputed make ----- 1 set vii. ACSR 0.03 conductor ------------------ as per requirement viii. LT fuse system The job includes laying of HT line from identified tapping point to the substation and includes all charges on account of transportation, tools and tackles.
