Dismantling of old 4.0 TR to 11.0 TR Ductable AC unit indoor unit and outdoor unit and its electrical connections , cabling, MS Frame, copper piping etc including lifting of units from one location in the building and shifting them to desired location within the building decided by engineer-in-charge complete as required.

Leakage testing & repairing of leaks with the help of brazing set followed by pressure testing of complete circuit with nitrogen gas, flushing of whole circuit, vacuumizing and commissioning of 4.0 TR to 11.0 TR Ductable/Package AC unit complete as required.

Providing and making drain arrngement for AC units with following pipes i/c Tee, Union, Socket & elbow etc as required. a) 25 mm dia medium class PVCpipe

b) 38 mm dia medium class PVCpipe

Supply & installation of following nominal sizes of soft drawn/hard drawn copper refrigerant piping for air-conditioning system, complete with fittings, with suitable supports, jointing/brazing including all accessories and dismantling of defective copper pipe and deposit the defective material to desired location in same building as per specifications etc. as required. a) 1/4"

Supplying and fixing of PVC insulated PVC sheathed/XLPE insulated copper conductor cables of 1.1KV grade of following sizes on the existing M.S. trays/walls with saddles, screws etc and end terminations of cables with glands etc. as required. a) 4 x 6 Sq. mm copper armoured cable

b) 4 x 10 Sq. mm copper armoured cable

c) 3 x 1.5 Sq.mm copper conductor flexible cable

d) 4 x 2.5 Sq.mm copper conductor flexible cable

e) 18C x 2.5 Sq.mm copper armoured cable

Supplying & laying of 3C x 2.5sqmm. Flexible copper wire on the existing wall / ceiling for Power / Control cable etc. as reqd.

Fabricating & installing of following size cable-tray, width-size above 250mm to 500mm, made out with M.S. Slotted angle & square pipe/factory fabricated MS perforated cable tray i/c nut bolt, screw, M.S. / GI threaded suspenders, fasteners etc. as reqd.

Supply & Instllation of compressor of following type and rating suitable to operate on single phase 220V+/- 10%, 50Hz or three phase 440V+/- 10%, 50Hz AC supply for package/ductable/multi split/split/ window AC units complete as required. (a) 3.75 TR to 5.5TR scroll/hermetic sealed reciprocating compressor

(b) 2.0TR/2.5TR scroll/hermetic sealed reciprocating compressor

Supplying, Laying & fixing of 8 SWG GI earthing wire on the existing surface/recess for loop earthing with main power cable complete as required.

Providing and fabricating MS structure work/ MS platform/duct supports/40x40x5mm angle iron/steel wire-mesh etc. as per site requirement i/n cutting, welding, painting with redoxide and then 2 coats of enamel oil paint of approved color etc. complete as reqd.

Supply and charging R-22/R-410A/R-407C refrigerant for top-up of refrigerant in the AC units complete as required.

Providing and fixing of 6 mm thick cross linked polyethylene insulation for copper piping in order to protect it from air borne impurities complete as reqd. as per site location.

Dismantling of old defective condenser coil with the help of brazing set and replacement with new 4.0/5.0TR/5.5TR condenser coil for existing Package AC/Ductable AC unit, complete as required.

Dismantling of old defective condenser coil with the help of brazing set and replacement with new 11.0 TR condenser coil for existing Package AC/Ductable AC unit complete as required.

Dismantling of old defective evaporator coil with the help of brazing set and replacement with new 4.0/5/0/5.5/ evaporator coil for existing Package AC/Ductable AC unit complete as required.

Dismantling of old defective evaporator coil with the help of brazing set and replacement with new 7.5/8.5/10TR/11TR evaporator coil for existing Package AC/Ductable AC unit complete as required.

AC guard CP-corrosion, prevention coating for brazing joints, U bend, interconnecting copper piping of Outdoor and Indoor units.

Lifting of Indoor and Outdoor units of 10TR/11TR ductable AC/ Package AC from one location in the building and Shifting it to the desired location on desired floor in the same building complete as required.

Installation of IDU & ODUs of package AC on existing Foundation/MS Stand including old ducting connection piece, fixing of old damper & fixing of old flexible canvas connection complete as required.

S/I/T/C of 415V, 3-pole/4-pole MCB ( 10Amps. To 63Apms.) for package/ductable AC units including electrical connection complete as required.

Loading, unloading & Transportation of old Package AC/Ductable AC Indoor Unit from one Location to another location within Delhi region complete as required.

Repairing of old electrical panel including replacing of old faulty accessories complete as required at site.

SITC of Indoor unit of following type Split AC i/c dismantling of old unit and fixing of new unit with fittings etc as required. ( Make - carrier / Nepolian /Fedders Lloyd ) a) 1.5 TR Split

b) 2.0TR Split

Minor civil works such as making opening in brick wall/RCC walls/slabs for AC units for refrigerant piping, ducting, cabling as per site requirement, making good the same for sealing the opening after associate work complete as required.

Dismantling of old 1TR/1.5TR/2.0TR Window AC unit, i/c its electrical/mechanical connections complete as required. Lifting of unit from one location and Shifting it to the desired floor in the same building.

Less : Credit for dismantled material shall be the property of contractor.
