M&L for carrying out rectification, servicing, testing and commissioning of compressors, condensors and chiller system of capacity 3x120 TR AC plant and panels, model 30XA, make Carrier in P-168 and including panel recommissioning, re-assembling the compressor, refixing the same in its original position and re connecting all disconnected lines, leak test, pressure, nitrogen test, vacuuming etc, in serviceable and operational condation and taking down the defective screw type compressor / panel from the central type AC plant complete all as per manufactureres instruction and as directed by Engr-in- charge.

Notes: (i) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be include for the following:- (a) Necessary filter, T&P, MS nuts, MS bolts, MS washers, gaskets, drier core filter, oil filter, synthetic oil etc, to put into AC Plant and panels in serviceable condition, testing and commissioning. (b) Labour charges for replacement of unserviceable parts / accessories. c) Any minor spares / parts / accessories not covered in the BOQ but required for completion of job. (d) Renewal of control wiring in the system / panel display system manager.

(ii) Servicing shall be carried out through OEM / authorised agency only and necessary test/service reports in duplicate shall be submitted duly signed by the OEM, contractor & Eng-in-charge.

M&L for carrying out complete rectification, servicing, testing and commissioning of compressors, condensors and chiller system of capacity 3x80 TR AC plant and panels, model 30XW0312, make Carrier in hanger 19&20 and including panel recommissioning, re- assembling the compresso, refixing the same in its original position, re-connecting all disconnected lines, leak test, pressure, nitrogen test, vacuuming etc, in serviceable and operational condation and taking down the defective screw type compressor / panel from the central type AC plant complete all as per manufacturers instruction and as directed by Eng-in- charge.

Note for Sl. item Nos. 1 to 4: (i) Spare parts such as temperature sensor, flow switch, cable and refrigerent will be measured and paid under Sl. Item Nos 1.06, 1.07, 1.08, and 1.13 above if required at site. But once the AC plant made serviceable and after wards if any defect arrises in the repaired central type AC plant, the contractor should repair / rectify the same without claiming any additional cost .

(ii) In case any delay in the rectification of defects is more than 24 hours for minor defects and more than 48 hours for major defects, the contractor to pay the department penaly of Rs. 5,000/- for minor defects and Rs. 10,000/- for major defects towards inconvenience caused to the users.

M&L for carrying out the descaling of the shell & tube condensers by isolation of each condenser by providing of dummy plate for inlet & outlet connection and including separation of condenser from water circulation without disturbing the operation of the AC plant, carrying out the descaling by circulation of the diluted scale removing agent organic compound type chemical of RA III / chemtex brand at the appropriate ratio depends upon as recommended by manufacturer and the scale deposit inside copper tube by forced circulation and opening the end covers, mechanical brushing the copper tubes with nylon brushes of various size to remove complete scale, de-greasing with caustic soda solution and flushing out with fresh water, refixing all disconnected pipes lines, end covers with new rubber gasket and opening water line valves and checking of water leakages, apply grease to all MS bolts & nuts and put the condensers of the following capacities in operational complete all as specified and directed:-

M&L for disconnecting all cable connections of unserviceable LT servo voltage stabilizer, 3 phase, 50Hz, 415V, oil cooled of capacity upto 300 KVA of any make and shifting to workshop and including checking for defect and maintenance / servicing / overhauling to complete stabilizer comprising of servo motor, electric control panel, wiring, replacement of defective major/ minor parts, burnt wiring etc as required and cleaning inside with vaccum cleaner / blower, clean variac surface by carbon tetra chloride in air cool unit, check length of carbon brush, tighten all hardware, recheck all power & control wires, tighten grub screw at motor and variac coupling / gear grub screw dimple provided on the shaft, check gear / coupling & accessories, greasing of all the moving parts, checking and reinstall and making all connection, testing for its smooth functioning on completion complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 6 above but for stabilizer of capacity upto to 500 KVA of any make / Model.

Note for Sl. item nos0 06 & 07 :- (i) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be include for the following:- (a) The Major spares like transformer oil / wiring kit / motor / Gear / contactor, labour cost for maintenance including maintenance of record, control wire set, fuse, limit switch, lugs as required, consumables like grease and hardware like bolts and nuts etc including necessary machining work of any type. (b) Repair / servicing shall be carried out through OEM / authorised agency only.

M&L for dismantling, taking down, checking, cleaning and servicing of switch gear of rating 315 A to 400A MCCB any type contacts with CRC spray and including checking the bus bar connections / power cable from main bus bar to MCCB and out going cable connections of MCCB, refixing, tightening of incomming and outgoing cables, replacement of Copper / Aluminium lugs as per site requirements and removing the carbon deposit complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out following size of cable from existing feeder pillar/ LT panel and including removing / cutting burned part of cable, taking out loop for extension of cable upto required length and fixing / connecting the cable in existing position, necessary nuts, bolts, lugs of approriate size and refixing of cable gland complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge:- Note: The quoted rate is deemed to be include for necessary earth work excavation and replacement of lugs.
