Engagement/Appointment of Architect for the Renovation/Upgradation of existing Auditorium of Gurugram University, Gurugram with the following scope of work:- (Considering estimated cost as Rs. 2,50,00,000/- @1% consultancy charges = Rs. 2,50,000/- A. SCOPE OF WORK; i. Taking university’s instructions and preparation of design brief. ii. Site Evaluation, analysis of existing building iii. Preparation of all Civil design pertaining to Auditorium building iv. Preparation of all Electrical, Electronic, Communication systems and design v. Preparation of Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning (HVAC) design and other mechanical system. vi. Preparation of Fire Detection, Fire protection and Fire Fighting System design. vii. Preparation of False Ceiling/Wall paneling design viii. Preparation of Stage Ceiling/Stage Wall paneling design ix. Preparation of Stage Furnishing design x. Preparation of Stage lighting system design xi. Preparation of Audio-Video System design xii. Preparation of PA System design xiii. Preparation of CCTV System design xiv. Preparation of detail estimate for connected works
