Providing Installation Testing and Commissioning of various Electro mechanical equipments at pumping station KotDhara Filtration Plant Rajouri .The job includes Providing & fitting of Star delta oil immersed starter 60HP along with T-Oil. The job involves removing the damaged/burnt out starter from the switch board after disconnecting the electrical cables. Providing of New oil immersed Double Contact manual operated Star Delta starter & fitting it on the switch board with the help of fasteners. Reconnecting the electrical cables to the starter after cutting their overheated /damaged ends and thimbling them properly, filling of fresh transformer oil 08 ltr.(approx) into the oil tank and testing it on full load job also involves calibration of its overload protection according to its load. Providing/laying& fitting of Aluminium cable . Job involves shifting of 185mm2 x 3.5 core Aluminium Cable 30 mtrs in length from road side to the site of installation by manual labour and laying it between LT fuse to LT Pole set upto mainswitch after disconnecting and removing of old burnt out cable. Cutting and peeling the cable ends, providing & fixing of aluminium thimbles to the cable ends with the help of crimping tool, insulating the thimbles and connecting one end of the cable with LT fuse link set & other end upto mainswitch & testing it on load . Providing. laying and fitting of copper cables from main switch ,to Starter and from starter upto motor. Job involves disconnecting and removing of old damaged cables. Providing, laying and fitting of new coppercable 19/16 half roll/16mm sq. single core of ISI make by cutting, peeling the cable ends and fixing of Cu. thimbles to them with crimping tool & making connections properly & testing the cables on load. Replacement of damaged/burnout /wornout 200Amp main switch by way of removing the damaged/burnout main switch from the switch/panel board by disconnecting the electrical connections. P/fitting of new HRC type main switch of same capacity on the switch board with the help of nuts & bolts, making electrical connections by complete thimbling and insulating and testing it on full load. Complete job includes the cost of material, labour charges and carriage charges at site
