Providing & laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement: 4sand: 8graded stone aggregate 25mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick antiskid water proof stain and impact resistant heavy duty vitrified tiles 600x600mmx10mm manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, trade of steps and landing laid over12mm thick cement mortor 1:3 ( 1 cement:3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete.

P/L Spartic Ceramic tiles mm.thick in flooring (300X300mm. Size) treads of steps laid on a bed of 12mm. Thick cement mortar 1:3(1 cement:3 sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement.IS:15622

Repair to pilaster in patches of 2.50 Sqm and under and 10 TO 15 mm thick i/c cutting the patch in proper shape and repilastering the surface of the wall i/c disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in a lead of 20mtr. In CM 1:4

Dismentling old pilaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster i/c disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in 50 mtr

15mm cement plaster in singale coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastring upto floor two level including arrrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angle not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished evehn and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement :6sand).

Appling birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final metter finish to the surface complete.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer.

Providing and fixing in position collapsible shutter with vertical channel 20x10x2mm and braced with flat iron daigonal 20x5mm size with top and bottom rail of T iron 40x40x6mm with 38mm dia steel pulley complete with bolts and nuts and locking arrangement stopper handle including applying primer coat of red lead paint.

Providing corrugated G.S roofing i/c vertical/ curved surface fixed with ploymer coated J or L hocks bolts and nuts 8mm dai with bitumen and GI limpet washer or with GI limpet washer filled with white lead i/c a coated of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheet complete ( up to any pitch in horizental / vertical or curved surface s) excluding the cost of purlins , rafters and trusses and i/c cutting to size and shape wherever required 0.80mm thick with zinc coatednot less than 275gm/ Sqm top of roof
