INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

S&F LED bulb, 09 watt complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F energy saving decorative box type batten light fitting 230 volts surface mounted complete with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light LED tube light 20watt, blue coloured end caps with all accessories, pre-wired, including providing flexible copper wire, three core cable PVC insulated sheathed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing LED Building security light fitting 20 watt, having uniformity ratio 0.25, high pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistant toughened glass with frame, IP66 protection complete with lamp & connected items and connection with suitable cable from ceiling rose to light fitting and fixing on GI pipe bracket made out of 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade 1.2mtr long bent to shape and fixed on wall with flat iron clamps of size 40x5mm, nut, bolts washer etc all as specified and directed.

Note for item 3.02 TO 3.04 (i) For all type s of LED fittings and luminaire should be same manufacturer. (ii) LM - 79 certificate for all light fittings shall be submitted by the contractor before fixing at site or taking payment against material . (iii) system efficacy should be more than 100 lumens / watt (iv) CRI should be more than 80 (v) THD should be less than 20% (vi) PF should be more than 0.95.

Supply and fixing ceiling fan five star 1200mm sweep BEE certified complete without fan regulator 230 volts (single phase) and provisioning of flexible copper cord three core PVC sheathed of size 23/0.0076 of required length from ceiling rose or connector to ceiling fan for giving connection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing fiber body exhaust fan BEE certified of size 300 mm sweep, 900 RPM 230 volts single phase AC supply with louvers complete with, bolt, nuts and washers, suitably embedded in the wall including making suitable opening and provisioning of flexible copper cord three core PVC sheathed of size 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to exhaust fan for giving connection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stepped type electronic fan regulator 100 W one module 230 volts, suitable for 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F sub main wiring with two single core FRLS, PVC insulated, stranded unsheathead copper conductor cable with size 6sqmm drawn through & including Non metallic PVC rigid conduit concealed in wall including earth continuity conductor of size 6Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed multi stranded copper FRLS conductor cable with suitable size of PVC conduit as per IS, not less than 25mm and connected to earth wire and connected to main board complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. Rate quoted under this item is inclusive of cutting, chasing and making good of the disturbed surfaces. (Two number cable and one number earth wire shall be measured together as one unit length).

M&L for cutting, chasing for conduits and making good with cement plaster and proper finishes to match the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in -Charge.

SUMMER APPLIANCES

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Desert cooler electric driven (Single phase) having nominal air flow capacity of 5000 Cum per hour, 230 volts, 950 RPM, multi speed control with suitable knob and water tank capacity arround 50 Ltrs, metal body of Galvanised Iron sheet and adjustable lowers at front alongwith indication lamp as per IS 3315 marked. with necessary fixing arrangement complete with all necessary electrcal connection and required fixing arrengements all as specified and directed.

S & F voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170V to 250V with output voltage stabilizer at 230V with accuracy of (+-) 2.5% and of capacity 1 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

ROAD, PATH AND HARD STANDING

M & L for 200 mm thick ( compacted thickness ) in two layers of 100 mm thick each layer with GSBC (Granular Sub Base Concrete) grading I as per table 400-I MORTH specifications and mixed with 35% coarse graded crushed stone aggregated by providing close graded material mixing by any means as per site conditions, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity and maintaining the required density, grading and moisture content as per MORTH specification complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 150 mm thick ( compacted thickness WMM in two layers of 75 mm thick each layer with coarse crushed aggregated of grading as specified using mechanical paver and rolled with vibratory type power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road line painting 100 mm wide golden yellow, white thermoplastic compound with reflectorised glass bends on bitumen road providing and laying of hot applied thermostatic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorised glass beads @ 250 gm per Sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35 including surface to be levelled, uniform and free streaks and holes in addtion where arrows of letters are to be provided thermostatic compound with traffic diver sion arrangements if required as per MORT&H clause 803.4 complete all as specified as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply, fixing and installing of sluice valve flanged heavy duty of class PN 1.6 with stainless steel and brass sheet of size 80mm dia bore ISI marked with nut bolts etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for drilling/cutting of existing CI/GI/DI pipe line any type any position of size 80 to 150 mm dia including providing of tee, short piece of length up to coller etc and lead joints complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 60x60x60cm internal dimensions including mild steel sheet cover 3.15 mm thick over angle iron frame of size 50x50x6mm duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, locking & fixing arrangement and brick work in cement mortar 1:6 and all inner sides of pit shall be plastered 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and including foundation concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using stone aggregate, excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil within 50 metre and cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-O as in coping etc. for sluice valve complete all as shown on drawing and as specified.

M&L for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 30x30x30cm internal dimensions including mild steel sheet cover 3.15 mm thick over angle iron frame of size 50x50x6mm duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, locking & fixing arrangement and brick work in cement mortar 1:6 and all inner sides of pit shall be plastered15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and including foundation concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using stone aggregate, excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil within 50 metre and cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-O as in coping etc. for sluice valve complete all as shown on drawing and as specified.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

S&F security light bracket with GI pipe light grade of size 40 mm dia bent to shape of length 1.2 M incl flat iron clamp made of FI 40mm x 5mm, nut bolt washer etc duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge

S&F out door type SMC junction box 170mm x 170mm x 105mm one piece moulded SMC door hinged fixed base with hinged right or left side and fixed to the foundation pole with suitable fixing arrangement bus bar with single electrolytic alluminium for both phase and neutral supported of FRP insulated and cut complete fix on the pole with suitable inlet and outlet provision for cable light including connection with 4 sqmm two core PVC insulated alluminium cable to be drawn through pole for suitable length from SMC box to fitting, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge

S&F energy efficient LED street light fitting of 90 watt and input Voltage 230 VAC 50 Hz with ingress protection IP-65 with CRCA housing including fixing arrangement like clamp nut bolts and washers CRI>70, PF>0.95 min 50000 burning hours THd>20, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge

Supply installing,testing and commissioning factory made tested (Incl CPRI type test certificate firm) LT panel , dust and vermin proof totally enclosed platform mounted factory made (Protection class IP-54) double shutter gears front and rear frame work and 3.15 mm thick CRCA- MS sheet duly painted with powder coated over two coats of redoxide primer and made of 40 x 40 x 6 mm thick angle iron frame all as specfified including necessay foundation.bolt grouted in PCC 1:2:4 for mounting the pannel suitable for 415 Volts, 4 wire 50 Hz 3 phase and nutral system AC supply system and shall be completed with 150 Amps capacity aluminium bus bar and 100 Amps for neutral installed on pocelain protection with bus bar chamber,internal wiring with suitable size of PVC nsulated copper cable (but not less than 6.0 Sqmm) and copper lugs comprising of following accessories:- (LIFT) complete all as specified and directed.
