Taking down carefully copper/Aluminum point wiring (light, fan socket and power) complete including switches, ceiling rose lamp holder and regulator etc and removing from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls floors etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) two single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, FRLS grade in and including medium duty concealed PVC conduit 20 mm dia or higher and conduit fittings and all accessories with suitable size of pressed steel terminal box 1.2mm thick, duly painted for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulator etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet as top cover, including continous earth wire PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLS grade, green colour, up to common earth and connected to earth dolly compete all as specified and directed by Eng.-in-charge of following. S&F factory fabricated bus bar chamber out door pedestal type made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet of size 750x500x400 mm duly painted with powder coating, simens grey/RAL fitted with four Nos aluminium bus bar of capacity 400 Amps duly mounted on epoxy insulator, cable connections of incoming and outgoing cables duly insulated PVC heat shrinkable sleeve 1.1 KV grade including one No MCCB, 200 Amps, 4 pole, 16 KA, with adjustable thermal setting Ics=100% Icu, including glands c/p lugs etc including 50x50x6mm angle iron frame 450mm height above ground level and 450mm below ground level, angle iron frame shall be embeded in PCC (1:2:4) type B 1 block of size 200x200x200mm complete all as specified and directed including taking out old unserviceable bus bar chamber.

M&L for excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable, foundation of pole and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removing of excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying local dry clean sand filling for cushioning in trenches around under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying well burnt brick, old size in trenches, as protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying in replacement , jointing and testing LT underground cable, heavy duty, 1100 Volts, PVC insulated and sheathed, armoured with multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable conforming to latest IS , laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts duly protected in galvanised steel pipe of suitable sizes all bare conductor of cable duly insulated 1.1 KV grade heat shrinkable sleeve including cable gland and lugging etc at both ends, including disconnecting and taking out unserviceable damaged cable of any size complete all as specified and directed of following sizes. Make: Havells/Polycab/Grandlay. Note : Excavation, earth work, cable sand cushioning & cable protection shall be measured separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Supply & Laying in trenches fixed to poles/wall laid in GI tubing light grade with mild steel clamps made out 50X6mm flat iron,bolts/nuts/washers or wooden bushes or sealing at the ends MS clamps nuts and bolt shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed of the following size :-

(a) 100mm bore

(b) 80mm bore
