Clearing and grubbing land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such treescut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 By By Manual Means In area of non-thorny jungle.

Excavation in Marshy Soil Excavation for structures in marshy soil with hydraulic excavator 0.9 Cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers and disposal with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m, trimming of bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross- sections as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.6.

Compacting original ground supporting embankment Loosening, Levelling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for embankment construction as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.1.

Plain/reinforced cement concrete in substructure complete as per drawings and technical pecification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 ans 1204 (For height upto 5 m) P.C.C grade M 15Nominal mix (1:2.5:5).

Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall to the full height, compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1204.3.8.

Providing and laying boulder apron for bed protection with stone boulders of minimum size and weight as per Table 1300.1, no fragment weighing less than 25kg laid dry complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1301.

Dewatering and pumping of the working area including all connected operations of laying of pipe line, removal of all seepage and other operations required for maintaining cleanliness for construction work.

Supply and installation of steel sheet piles AU-18 with crane or equivqlent arrangement , vibro-hammer of adequate capacity and other ancillary equipment, including driving and joining the sheet piles as per manufacturers specification up to levels indicated in the drawings & specifications along.
