RequiredTenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity is A x N X 2.5-B.

RequiredTurnover-To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period. i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 2024-25 & 2025-26. Achieved in at least TWO financial years an average annual financial turnover in all Class of Civil Engineering Construction Works only of Rs. 35.99 Lakhs with Valid Financial turnover from CA with UDIN.

RequiredSatisfactorily completed at least 90 percentage of the contract value as prime contractor at least one similar work such as AME of Canal or Providing Manpower for Water Management of Canal Network works of value not less than Rs18.00 Lakhs. Usually not less than 50 percentage of estimated Value of Contract. The necessary work done certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent officer of the concerned division.

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

The amount put to tender is Exclusive of GST and the tenderer should quote Without GST. However, GST will be paid at Prevailing rate during billing. The increase in GST shall not be paid in extended period of contract for which reasons for delay are attributable to the contractor as determined by the authority while granting the extension of time.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period ie 2021-22 2022-23 2023-24 2024-25 & 2025-26 Achieved in at least TWO financial years an average annual financial turnover (in all Class of Civil Engineering Construction Works only) of Rs 35.99 Lakhs. (Usually not less than the estimated annual payment under this contract) (Updated to the FY in which the tenders are invited. Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10 percent year to bring them to the price level of the financial year in which the tenders are invited). The Turnover certificate issued by registered chartered Accountants along with UDIN.

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as Assessed available tender capacity is A x N x 2.5 - B where A is Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years at 2026-27 price level updated to the financial year, N is equal 0.438(160 Days Irrigation on period) , and B is Value, at 2026-27 price level (updated to the financial year in which the tender is invited) of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 0.438(160 Days Irrigation on period) year (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited).

Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work Such as Such as AME of Canal/ Providing Manpower for Water Management of Canal Network works of value not less than Rs.18.00 Lakhs. (Usually not less than 50% Estimated Value of Contract) Updated to the FY in which the tender are invited. The value of the completed works shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of FY in which the tenders are invited and The necessary work done certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer / Equivalent officer of the concerned division

The agency should make their own arrangements for providing accommodation & conveyance to location, for their labor.

The agency shall also be responsible and fulfill all statutory obligations under the statutory provisions such as PF etc, in respect of their personnel engaged under the contract.

The agency shall provide replacement for the labor, in event of his sickness absence or availing leave, National holidays, weekly off and his provision is provided in the scope of contract.

Tenderer shall abide by the provisions of Employees provident fund act & nor their own enroll eligible employees working with them and remit the PF contribution to the authorities regularly and submit the proof of remittance.

The contract shall not grant any claims to the labor engaged by the contractor any time at a future date.
