Service and maintenance of Sauders valve and actuators

SAUNDERS VALVES AND ACTUATORS:- The Saunders Valves and Actuators are to be serviced and overhauled. This job involves removal of valve actuator without valve body from the location, dismantling all its internals, followed by cleaning, inspection, replacement / repairing of worn out parts and elastomers like diaphragms and O-ring seal wherever necessary. The all internals of these valve actuators are to be painted with initial coat of Red Oxide before assembling. Then valve actuators are to be assembled and tested for any air leakages at recommended air pressure and have to be rectified, if any. These Valve actuators should be smooth enough to operate manually as well as pneumatically after overhauling. Before reinstallation of actuator on valve body at location, damaging of valve body is also to be checked and same has to be replaced, if required. Now valve actuator is to be installed on valve body. Finally Saunders Valve and its actuator is to be painted from outside and marked the Tag No. of valve.
