Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.

But other accessories like grouting screws , anti vibration pads etc. shall be included in the rate . Alternator shall have class H insulation and rated for 100 KW output at 50O C. Emergency stop push button for individual DG set shall be located at the exit door. Engine shall not be drated upto 50O C ambient. Note: Piping between day oil tank & DG set shall be included

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

The off load tap link with (+)5% and (-)5% tappings in step of 2.5% . The installation shall confirm IS: 10028.1981 (Part II) & amended upto date . The rate shall be inclusive of necessary Civil works, mounting channels, earthing etc. complete in all respect.

Supply & laying of "11kV, 3C HT XLPE(E) Al Armoured cable" . The rate shall be inclusive of necessary supporting & clamping arrangement for laying of cables within tray/pipe/trench. The istallation shall confirm IS : 1255. 1983 & amended upto date. 11kV, 3&1/2 C X 300SQMM XLPE ALUMINIUM CABLE.

Supply & laying of "11kV, 3C HT XLPE(E) Al Armoured cable" . The rate shall be inclusive of necessary supporting & clamping arrangement for laying of cables within tray/pipe/trench. The istallation shall confirm IS : 1255. 1983 & amended upto date. Supplying of following size of PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed 1.1 KV gd Mtrs.
