Day to day sweeping the compound road pathways (metalled or earthen) by using broom made available as from coconut stick and deposited the garbage, leaves, plastic or similar identical waste materials in centre of formed working zone including cutting shrubs, chilchalling the earthen footpath as required and removal all the nuisance materials to the nearest garbage vat by using hand trolley and cleaning the drain mouth and channel drain as per direction of Engineer–in–Charge Sweeping area = 80094.93 Sq. M. per day Total Area = 365 days x 80094.93 = 29234649.00 Sq. M.

Up keeping i.e. washing the sanitary fitting & fixtures of W.C., bathroom & the floors, walls of the rooms, corridors at Sec-III office , B. C Roy market Assistant Engineer Office by deputing sweeper in one shift as per instruction & to entire satisfaction of the E.I.C. (Rate will be inclusive of all labour & all other incidental charges & cost of cleaning, disinfecting, etc.)

Emergent engagement of labours for lifting garbage to VAT container located at New Duffrin Road near Toilet Centre 2 and Sahid Minar Ground to keep clean roads flank & surroundings of CBT, Rani Rashmoni Road, New Duffrin Road & surroundings of Red Road, footpath behind baluster-Fort William to Palasi gate, Ambedkar & Pritilata statue surroundings, Basket ball & Md. Sporting ground surroundings under Kolkata Maidan area. No garbage should be left surrounding the VAT container. Rate inclusive of all other incidental charges.
