PROVIDING MANPOWER FOR VIJAYAPURA AIRPORT Call -3

The Applicant should have minimum 5 years experience in providing or supply of Manpower to Private or Government entities.

Bidder should have experience in undertaking at least one (01) assignment on deployment of manpower services having a minimum contract value of Rs. 1 (one) Crore each (Rupees One Crore only) for a Central Government / State Government entities / Public Sector clients. The contract / work order and completion certificate for the eligible assignment should have been issued for providing manpower within the last five (5) years (as on PDD). Eligible Service / Contract Type Experience of working with Government/Semi-Government/ Private entities, including Union Territories/ State Governments / Government of India.

Not Blacklisted / Barred and Not Involved in Major Litigation Affecting Service Delivery: The Bidder should not have been blacklisted / barred by any Central or State Government or PSU and should not be involved in any major litigation that may affect or compromise the delivery of service required. Further, in the last 5 (five) years, the Bidder or any of their Associates has neither failed to perform on any contract, as evidenced by imposition of a penalty by an arbitral or judicial authority or a judicial pronouncement or arbitration award against the Bidder, nor been expelled from any project or contract by any public authority nor have had any contract terminated by any public authority for breach on our part.

Average Annual Turnover: The Bidder should have had an average annual turnover of at least INR 2.5 Crores (Rupees Two Crores Fifty Lakh only) for any of 3 (three) financial years out of last 5 (Five) financial years (i.e., FY 2020- 21, FY 2021-22, FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24, FY 2024-25 and FY 2025-26)

An Applicant or its Associate should have, during the last 3 (three) years, neither failed to perform on any agreement, as evidenced by imposition of a penalty by an arbitral or judicial authority or a judicial pronouncement or arbitration award against the Applicant or its Associate, nor been expelled from any service or agreement nor have had any agreement terminated for breach by such Applicant or its Associate. (Applicants shall submit undertaking on companys letterhead with notarized affidavit and upload it in the e-procurement portal)
