15 mm Cement plaster with Cement Mortar 1:4 in single coat on rough side of brick/stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. including carriage of all materials within all leads and lifts with all modes of transportation and equipment to the enitre satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm,of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth including carriage of all materials within all leads and lifts with all modes of transportation complete in all respect to the enitre satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade (Two coats), having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coatswherever required to achieve even shade and colour. including carriage of all materials within all leads and lifts with all modes of transportation complete in all respect to the enitre satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work bolted in built up sections , including cutting , hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In gratings, Framed guards, bars ladders railings brackets and similar works. including carriage of all equipment and materials through all modes of transportations in all leads lifts complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m² Ceiling. including carriage of all materials within all leads and lifts with all modes of transportation complete in all respect to the enitre satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing insulating board ceiling of approved quality with necessary nails etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately) : Natural colour insulating board 12mm thick including carriage of all materials within all leads and lifts with all modes of transportation complete in all respect to the enitre satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m² including carriage of all materials within all leads and lifts with all modes of transportation complete in all respect to the enitre satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing valleys of 90 cm wide overall in plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete : 1.60 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 350 gm/m² including carriage of all materials within all leads and lifts with all modes of transportation complete in all respect to the enitre satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone tile (polished) work for wall lining over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing in white cement complete.Granite of any colour and shade including carriage of all materials within all leads and lifts with all modes of transportation complete in all respect to the enitre satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including carriage of all materials within all leads and lifts with all modes of transportation complete in all respect to the enitre satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 10 mm thick acid and/or alkali resistant tiles of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding, and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge on wall 12 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse sand) including carriage of all materials within all leads and lifts with all modes of transportation complete in all respect to the enitre satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthwork in excavation for structures in all depths as per drawing and technical specifications as per Clause 304 of section 300 of MORTH specifications in all kinds of soils i.e.pick work,jumper work,blasting work in soft and hard rock and intermediate classifications of soil including chiselling and wedging out of rock with in all depths and heights,stacking the useful materials and disposal of unserviceable materials upto the identified dumping site as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charges with in all leads and lifts. Any loss of public/private property during the course of execution shall be the sole responsibility of contractor which shall have to be duly compansated by him at his own cost.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete M-15 containing minimum contents of cement is 5.50 bags per cum in all heights and depth as per drawing and technical specifications in foundation of retaining walls complete as per MORTH specification No.1500,1700 & 2100 including carriage of all materials within all leads and lifts with all modes of transportation and equipment and cost of formwork required to complete the work to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing & fixing weep holes in plain cement concrete Retaining wall, Breast wall, abutments and return walls with 100 mm (one hundred milimetre) PVC pipe, extended through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 V: 20 H towards draining face complete as per MORT & H specifications clause 2706 and 2200 (latest revision) including hauling of material in all leads and lifts with all modes of transportation and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/ stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MORT &H specifications to a thickness of not less than 600mm (Six hundred milimetre) with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind retaining walls, abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications as per MORTH Clause 710.1.4 of IRC 78 & 2200 latest revision with in all leads and lifts through all mode of transportation and as per the entire satisfication and direction of Engineer -in-Charge.
