Spreading and levelling to under flooring, in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick and well ramming including watering as required of excavated loose soil, as retreived against respective excavation item complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick damp proof course in cement concrete M15(Nominal mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate mixed with integral water proofing compound to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary formworks complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering/plastering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

M & L for rendering/plastering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra with water proofing compound over chajja, coping etc complete in all respect as specifified and directed. (Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid under supply item only)

M&L for submain wiring through PVC casing and caping bu using PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable 4x6.0 sq. mm + 1x6.0 sq. mm earth wire complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring for light point/fan point/bell point controlled by one switch with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLSH unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade single core conforming to IS-694-2010 and one run of continous earth wire with 1.50 Sqmm stranded core PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable draw in & including PVC surface casing capping (Medium mechanical strength , ISI marked) not less than 25 mm wide double lock type to be fixed with the help of rawal plugs & screws including necessary fittings & fixtures and including PVC terminal box and PVC board ISI marked making good disturbed surface with CM (1:4) to match with the existing surface for exhaust fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix switch piano flush type single pole, one way, 5/6 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan (ISI marked), steel body AC single body 230V of size 380 mm sweep, 1400 RPM with blades, frame and louvers including cutting/making hole in existing wall/surface for exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

Supply and fix Exhaust fan 300 mm sweep, 900 rpm ISI marked with metal blade and louver complete fixed in wall with fastener and including making hole in wall of suitable size and plastering finishing of surfaces complete all as specifed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connected to GI earth strip size of 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I connected to earth test point all as specified or indicated including excavation and connected earth work, in soft/loose soil, removing soil upto 50m, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as in pit, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering pipe, 40mm bore GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, 50mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab of earth pit reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT Bars @ 75mm C/C both ways and with handle made out of 12mm dia bars, funnel, strainer, alternate layer of charcoal dust and common salt and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.
