Service charge for “All Manpower Services” as % of the deployed Manpower Cost of the following facility management personnel for deployment up to 1000 Manpower: • Facility Management workers deployed for Housekeeping Services • Horticulturists • Site coordinators(FMS) • Facility manager • Facility Management workers deployed for Canteen/Hospitality Services • Facility Management workers deployed for Maintenance Services • Facility Management workers deployed for Additional Support Services Note : The ceiling for quoting service charges (i.e., maximum service charge that a bidder can quote) is 6.75%

Description (Part-B)

Discount on Service charge (in %) Quoted in PART A. The discount applicable shall be for the deployment of each additional 500 nos. of manpower or part thereof, beyond 1000 Manpower for maximum up to 3000 manpower.
