Instruction to fill Financial bid
The Bidder must prepare this Financial Bid clearly showing the Bidder's complete name and address

1. I/We offer to provide the services for the this tender. Our financial proposal is as follows:
Sr. no. Type of Vehicle Monthly Rate per vehicle (2200 Km per month including Fuel Charges, Driver, Maintenance etc but excluding GST and toll tax and parking fees) (In Rs.)
1 Group 1: Cost of Vehicle Ranging from Rs. 5 Lacs to Rs. 10 Lacs (GeM Prices/Ex-show room prices) In Number:
i. Above Rates per month per vehicle in Rupees is quoted taking into consideration all charges/taxes excluding GST, toll taxes and parking fees, if any.
ii. The above rates are inclusive of all taxes except GST, toll taxes and parking fees, if any.
iii. Charges for extra Kms (over 2200 km per month) and Night Halting Charges will be as mentioned in Notification No.02/10/91-4T2(2T2)/83 dated 13/02/2026 issued by Department of Transport, Govt. of Punjab and as amended time to time.
iv. Ensure there are no erasures or overwriting in the above financial figures.
v. Price quoted above should not be more than prescribed limit set by Transport Department.
2. I/We understand that the lowest bid will be evaluated based on the Monthly Rate per vehicle. I/We agree to abide by all the terms and conditions mentioned in the tender document.
