Amount

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches wherever required, at all highets up to 25 Metre from ground level and as directed by the Engineer in charge .

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved colour, brand and manufacture to give an even shade:One or more coats on old work after thorough cleaning of the surface.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give even shade:One or more coats on old work, after preperation of the surface properly.

Polishing on wood work with ready made wax polish of approved brand and manufacture:Old work after preperation of surface and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Distempering with Ist quality acrylic washable distemper ( ready made) of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturers specification.One or more coats on old work, in building up to six storied

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade:Old work ( one or more coats @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm ) complete including thorough cleaning the surface, in building upto 25 Metre Hieght from Ground level

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade:Old work ( one or more coats applied @ 0.83 ltr/10 sqm), including water washing the surface, in building upto 25 metre hieght from Ground floor, including filling any cracks with crack filler and directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth wherever required etc. complete as per directions.
