Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps having short circuit capacity 20kA/3-sec, Outdoor suitable, CSG (Compact Switchgear) comprising of 02Nos. Incoming (mechanical Interlock between incomers) and 01nos. Outgoing Fixed-Type Vacuum Circuit Breaker, all manual operated spring-charging with electrolytic grade copper busbars and all inside gas-filled, robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferrite Non Magnetic Grade) tank with minimum thickness 3+-0.5 mm, IP 67 Degree of Protection, internal-arc classified 20kA/1sec, with site replicable bushing/coupling/mechanism, gas refilling etc. The unit along-with Bus-connected, fixed-type Potential Transformers for each section shall include the following along with all necessary accessories and fittings as required at site. Note: Refer clause 8 on Page No 112.

Supply and laying & testing cable XLPE installed screened PVC bedded, galvenised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 11000 Voltts grade earthed with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sqmm 3 core laid in trenches/ducts /encased in GI pipe /fixed to pole all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make: Havells/Polycab/KEI

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables, erection of poles, struts/stays, leveling of yard etc not exceeding 10 M² on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to underground cable screened un-washed river sand and punning for cushioning to cable all as directed. Note: Measurement shall be taken after zently punning down.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm and abutting each other with gap between adjacent precast concrete cable cover not exceeding 10 mm over underground cables for protection.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soil.

Removing of excavated soil not exc. 50 M from starting points all as directed by EIC.

M&L for GI tubing medium grade (ISI marked) with all fitting/accessories for protection of cable on pole/wall and under road crossing including clamps, nuts bolts etc all as specified and directed of following sizes:-(a) 80 mm dia

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11KV grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor of size 95 Sqmm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11KV grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor of size 95 Sqmm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrodes 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth (earth pit not less 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earthing strip 32mm x6mm thick by means of bolt nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified & shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR part-I 2009 connected to earth test point as specified and testing on completion including provision of 40 mm dia light grade pipe up to 7.5 mtr length as protection & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade including all excavation & earth work in any type of soil incl PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 with RCC cover including charcoal , salt, funnel, all as directed at site. NOTE:- Rate included for excavation & earth work in any type of strata as shown in electrical plate No 3.

M&L for foundation with stone masonary with 1:6 cm, PCC 1:3:6 ,40 mm aggregate at the base and 1:2:4 20 mm aggregate at the top including rendering of wall sides and hardcore at bottom and including sand cushioning (overall dimensions 1.5 m × 4.5 m × 1.35 (height BGL 0.45m, AGL 0.9m) approx) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
