Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for quality controlled cement concrete work in road/pavement/hardstanding not exc. 25 cm thick, of flexural strength 40 Kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 Kg of cement per cubic metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with preformed bitumenous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade 'A' for 100 mm thick concrete slab, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in CM incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 06 above but except stones, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Stone boulders obtained from demolition shall be reused under this item).

M&L Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on walls any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finishing surfaces even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of newly plaster on wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over priming coat of alkalies resistance on undecorated surface complete all as specified and directed

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses, with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 20 mm; to block in course masonry (Lime or sand stone), complete all as specified and directed.
