Note for item No 1 (i) The rate quoted for above item shall be included for replacement of any minor spares, consumables, accessories like bushes, break resistors, cockers, filters, fuse, small relays & contactors, tension pulley parts, small car door safety devices, all buttons, displays, indicators, LCD, VFD, car safety display covers, button caps, connectors, main belt drive, all small machine and motor parts like bearing, bush, oil seal, break coil, solenoids, break shoe liners, safety switches, magnetic switches, key switches, light fixtures (cabin lights, bulbs/tubes), cabin fans, lubricants, break oil etc. (ii) The rate is inclusive of all items as required at site except those items as given below to keep the lift operational round the clock including cleaning and greasing all moving parts on monthly basis complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
(iii) The parts shall be genuine and shall be from OEM and shall be approved by EIC. (iv) If spare parts of original make is not available in market necessary suitable spare equivalent to existing lift part as approved by Engr-in-charge shall be used in the work so that to run the lift with smooth functioning. (v) The contractor should attend any complaint / breakdown immediately on call basis. (vi) Contractor should submit the inspection / maintenance report of every visit in spite of number of visits during breakdown calls including mentioning the status of lift and spares any replaced. (vii) The old unserviceable spares replaced under comprehensive maintenance i.e in Sl No 01 of above BOQ is the property of contractor for which credit should be considered in the quoted rate. (viii) Rate incl the testing of all lifts by authorised lift inspector. (ix) The spares/electrical items listed below as SUPPLY ONLY will be used whenever required only and the fixing charges included in item No 1
