Maintenance of Pedestrian Subways in BCCC

Satisfactorily completed as prime Service provider for at least one similar service such as Sub way Maintenance or Housekeeping service for value should be not less than Rs. 63.56 Lakhs. Further, a Weightage of 10% per year will be added to bring them to the Price Level of 2025-26. In support of this, the Service Provider shall furnish a Certificate duly certified by the Competent Authority of Rank not below the Executive Engineer along with the Technical Bid.

The Prospective Service provider should have successfully carried out Manpower supplying for Housekeeping Services personnels in any CENTRAL/STATE/SEMI GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION OR ANY ULBS establishment for not less than10 Housekeeping labour staff/Cleaning staff (In one year) in a single unit continuously for One year in last five years

Service Provider firm should have in last five years period achieved in at least in any two financial year turnover of Rs.100.00 Lakhs.. Further, the Financial Turnover of the Previous Years shall be given a Weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the Price Level of 2025-26. In support of this, the Service Provider shall furnish the Certificate from Chartered Accountant along with the Proposal

Tenders should be accompanied by copies of Income Tax and service/GST tax Returns/and ESI & EPF challans for the last 5 years i.e.,, 2021-22 to 2025-26

Bidder shall not be involved in any case or Charge under investigation /enquiry/trial against the Tenderer, Convicted in a court of Law or Suspended or Blacklisted by any Organisation on any basis.

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 38.13 lakhs (Credit lines/ Letters of Credit/ Certificates from Banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc. (Solvency Certificate is not consider, if Bidder upload Solvency Certificate then the tender is rejected).

Copy of Entity Firm Registration certificate issued by District Registrar/ Certificate of Incorporation by the Registrar of the companies if it is company, certificate of Registration from the Registrar of Society if it is a co-operative society/ Certificate of the Registration from the Registrar of Companies if it is limited liability partnership Should be in Karnataka.
